Claims (4)
- 절연층의 표면에는 전자 부품을 실장하기 위한 실장 영역의 내측을 향하는 내측 리드선을 구비하며, 서로 소정 간격 이격되어 배치된 복수의 배선으로 이루어지는 도체 패턴이 형성되어 있고,상기 절연층의 배면에는 폭방향 양측 에지부에 있어서 상기 절연층의 길이 방향에 따라 보강층이 형성되어 있으며,상기 각각의 내측 리드선의 피치가 60㎛ 이하이며,상기 보강층이 미국 철강협회의 규격에 따른, SUS301, SUS304, SUS305, SUS309, SUS310, SUS316, SUS317, SUS321 및 SUS347로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 스테인리스강 포일로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는TAB용 테이프 캐리어.
