Claims (13)
- 광 빔 안내용의 홈을 가지는 기판과, 상기 기판상에 설치되어, 상기 광 빔의 조사에 의해 반사율이 변화하는 기록층을 구비한 광학적 정보기록매체로서, 상기 광 빔의 파장을 λ, 기판(1)의 굴절율을 n으로 한 때, 상기 광 빔 안내용의 홈의 깊이(D)가 λ/8n 이상 3λ/8n 이하의 범위에 있고, 기록후의 반사율이 기록전의 반사율보다도 크고, 또한, 기록후의 반사광의 위상(ø1)과 기록전의 반사광의 위상 (ø0)과의 차(Δø= ø1- ø0)가 (-0.1+2m)π 이상 (0.1+2m)π 이하(단, m은 정수)의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,Δø= ø1- ø0이 (-0.05 + 2m)π 이상 (0.05+2m)π 이하(단, m은 정수)의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 기록정보매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,홈의 깊이(D)가 λ/7n 이상 λ/5n 이하, 또는 3λ/10n 이상 5λ/14n 이하의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록매체
- 제1항에 있어서,기록층이 비정질과 결정과의 사이에서 상태변화를 일으키는 상변화재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서,기록층의 기록전의 상태가 결정, 기록후의 상태가 비정질로, 상변화에 따르는 반사율 변화가 가역과정인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서,기록층의 기록전의 상태가 비정질, 기록후의 상태가 결정으로, 상변화에 따르는 반사율 변화가 불가역과정인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록배체.
- 제4항에 있어서,기록층을 형성하는 재료가, 금속원소, 반금속원소 및 반도체원소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나의 원소인 산화물로서, 상기 산화물의 산화 수가 화학량론에 의해 결정되는 산화 수보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서,상변화재료가 Te를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록매체.
- 제8항에 있어서,기록층을 형성하는 재료에 Pd가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록매체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,기록층의 막두께가 5nm 이상 70nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록매체.
- 광 빔 안내용의 홈을 가지는 기판과, 상기 기판상에 설치되고, 상기 광 빔의 조사에 의해 반사율이 변화하는 기록층을 구비한 광학적 정보기록매체의 기록재생방법으로서, 기록후의 반사율이 기록전의 반사율보다도 크고, 상기 광 빔의 파장을 λ, 기판의 굴절율을 n으로 한 때, 상기 광 빔 안내용의 홈의 깊이(D)가 λ/8n 이상 3λ/8n 이하의 범위에 있고, 또한, 기록후의 반사광의 위상(ø1)과 기록전의 반사광의 위상(ø0)과의 차(Δø= ø1- ø0)가 (-0.1 + 2m)π 이상 (0.1+2m)π 이하(단, m은 정수)를 만족하는 광 빔을 이용하여 기록재생을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록매체의 기록재생방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,Δø= ø1- ø0이 (-0.05 + 2m)π 이상 (0.05+2m)π 이하(단, m은 정수)의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 기록정보매체의 기록재생방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,홈의 깊이(D)가 λ/7n 이상 λ/5n 이하, 또는 3λ/10n 이상 5λ/14n 이하의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록매체의 기록재생방법.
