Abstract
Description
なお、「光沢の無い」とは、光沢度計で測定した値が、0.1〜1未満の範囲の状態を言い、光沢の無いタイヤは多くの場合、表面がザラついた質感と成ってしまう。
なお、従来は、基準長さLrを約800〜2500μmの範囲としてタイヤの表面粗さRaを測定することが一般的である。
本発明のタイヤは、トレッド部及びサイド部の少なくとも一方の外表面の、基準長さLrを20μmとした算術平均粗さRaが0.1〜0.6μmの範囲、好ましくは0.381〜0.6μmの範囲であり、同外表面の凹凸径が40〜230μmの範囲であり、該凹凸深さが3〜22μmの範囲であることを特徴とする。
基準長さLrを20μmとした、タイヤ表面の粗さ曲線を示す図1において、Z(x)は、粗さ曲線のための平均線から粗さ曲線までの偏差を示す。
このように、投射圧と粒子径とをコントロールすることで、所望の凹凸径及び凹凸深さを得ることができる。
なお、各タイヤA〜Cのタイヤについて測定した表面粗さ曲線の波形を、それぞれ図3(a)〜(c)に示す。
ここで、図5は、凹凸径および凹凸深さのそれぞれにつき、5回の測定の平均値をプロットしたものである。
なお、タイヤ表面の状態の良否は、5人のパネラーによる官能評価に基いて決定した。
Claims (5)
- トレッド部及びサイド部の少なくとも一方の外表面の、基準長さLrを20μmとした算術平均粗さRaが0.1μm〜0.6μmの範囲であり、同外表面の凹凸径が40〜230μmの範囲であり、凹凸深さが3〜22μmの範囲であることを特徴とするタイヤ。
- 算術平均粗さRaを、0.381μm〜0.6μmの範囲としてなる請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 加硫成形時にタイヤのトレッド部を成形する部分及び加硫成形時にタイヤのサイド部を成形する部分の、少なくとも一方の金型表面に、球状の砥粒材を、投射圧0.1〜0.6MPaの範囲の条件で投射して、当該金型表面を処理することを特徴とするタイヤ加硫用金型の製造方法。
- 前記金型表面に、粒子径が850μm以下の砥粒材を投射する、請求項3に記載のタイヤ加硫用金型の製造方法。
- 前記金型表面に、投射圧0.1MPa〜0.2MPaの条件で砥粒材を投射する、請求項3または4に記載のタイヤ加硫用金型の製造方法。
