Claims (8)
- 未加硫タイヤの外表面に押し当てられるタイヤ成型面にベントホールを設けてあるタイヤモールドにおいて、前記ベントホールの開口部を包囲する外縁領域の表面が、その外縁領域の周辺領域の表面よりも平滑な平滑面により形成されていて、前記平滑面が直径1.5〜10mmの円形状部分を有し、その円形状部分の内部に前記ベントホールの開口部が含まれていることを特徴とするタイヤモールド。
- 前記外縁領域では前記平滑面の最大高さ粗さRzが10μm以下であり、前記周辺領域では表面の算術平均粗さRaが1.0μm以上である請求項1に記載のタイヤモールド。
- 前記外縁領域では前記周辺領域よりも表面の最大高さ粗さRzが小さく、且つ、その差が3μm以上である請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤモールド。
- 前記平滑面が、タイヤ成型面に設けられた溝部形成用の突起に向かって延出した延出部を有する請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載のタイヤモールド。
- 前記平滑面が、前記円形状部分が内接する大きさの多角形状である請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載のタイヤモールド。
- 前記平滑面が、タイヤ成型面に設けられた溝部形成用の突起に接して或いは前記突起に入り込んで形成されている請求項1〜5いずれか1項に記載のタイヤモールド。
- 請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載のタイヤモールドを用いてタイヤを加硫成型する工程を備える空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載のタイヤモールドを用いて加硫成型された空気入りタイヤ。
