また、発進クラッチの潤滑油がスプラインsを通してモータ室MV内に流入してロータRによって攪拌されることによりモータ・ジェネレータMGの駆動効率を低下させる虞がある。
Claims (9)
- 自動変速機の入力軸に相対回転可能に結合した中間軸と、
前記変速機の入力軸に結合された出力側端部と前記中間軸上に回転可能に支持された入力側端部を有し、内部に油圧によって係合するクラッチ機構を収納したクラッチドラムを備えて、前記クラッチ機構の係合時に前記クラッチドラムがエンジンから前記中間軸に付与される駆動力を前記変速機の入力軸に伝達する出力要素として機能する発進クラッチと、
前記変速機のハウジングに組付けられるモータケーシングの内部に固定したステータと、前記モータケーシングの端壁に回転可能に支持された内端部と前記クラッチドラムの外周面に軸方向に遊嵌されるロータ支持部を有して前記クラッチドラムに結合されるロータ支持部材と、前記ロータ支持部材のロータ支持部に保持されてその外周面が前記ステータの内周面に対向して配置されるロータとを備えたモータ・ジェネレータとにより構成されたハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記変速機のハウジングに前記モータケーシングを組付けたとき、前記ロータ支持部材の内端部が前記クラッチドラムの入力側端部に軸方向に嵌合して同心的に位置決めされると共に同ロータ支持部材の内端部が前記モータケーシングの端壁にての支持部位から軸方向に離間した位置にて前記クラッチドラムの入力側端部を介して前記中間軸上に支持されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。
- 前記クラッチドラムが前記変速機のハウジングの端壁に回転可能に支持されると共に前記変速機の入力軸に結合された出力側端部と前記中間軸上に回転可能に支持された筒状の入力側端部を有し、前記ロータ支持部材が前記モータハウジングの端壁に回転可能に支持されたスリーブ状内端部と前記クラッチドラムの円筒状外周面に軸方向に嵌合するロータ支持部を有して、
前記変速機のハウジングに前記モータハウジングを接合して組付けたとき、前記ロータ支持部材のスリーブ状内端部が前記クラッチドラムの入力側端部に軸方向に嵌合して同心的に位置決めされるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記モータ・ジェネレータが、前記変速機のハウジングに組付けられるモータハウジングの内部に前記クラッチドラムを包囲して固定した円筒状のステータと、前記モータハウジングの端壁に回転可能に支持されたスリーブ状内端部と前記クラッチドラムの円筒状外周面に軸方向に嵌合するロータ支持部を有して同クラッチドラムに固定されるロータ支持部材と、該ロータ支持部材の前記ロータ支持部に保持されてその外周面が所定の隙間にて前記ステータの内周面に対向して配置されたロータとを備えた単一ユニットとして構成され、前記クラッチドラムの入力側端部に同心的に組付けられるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したハイブリッド車用駆動装置。
- 前記変速機のハウジングに前記モータケーシングを接合したとき、前記ロータ支持部材のスリーブ状内端部が前記クラッチドラムの入力側端部に軸方向に嵌合して同心的に位置決めされると共に同スリーブ状内端部が前記モータケーシングの端壁にての支持部から軸方向に離間した位置にて前記クラッチドラムの入力側端部を介して前記中間軸上に支持され、前記ロータの外周面が所定の間隙にて前記ステータの内周面に対向するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したハイブリッド車用駆動装置。
- 前記クラッチ機構として、前記中間軸と一体に回転する入力側の摩擦プレートと、前記クラッチドラムと一体に回転する出力側の摩擦プレートと、前記入力側の摩擦プレートを出力側の摩擦プレートに押付ける油圧ピストンとにより構成した湿式摩擦クラッチ機構を採用したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。
- 前記クラッチドラムを前記中間軸上に液密的に軸架して同クラッチドラムの内部に前記油圧ピストンによって区画形成された油圧室に前記入力軸と中間軸の結合部を通して圧力油が供給されるようにして、前記油圧ピストンが作動するようにした請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。
- 前記クラッチドラムが前記ロータ支持部の内側に収納されるように前記ロータ支持部材を配置した請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。
- 前記中間軸の外端部にエンジンから伝達される駆動力の衝撃を吸収するダンパ機構を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したハイブリッド車用駆動装置。
