Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンオキサイド)背
骨を有するビス−トリアルコキシシランの製造法に関す
る。

航空工業において、密閉剤、ガスケット、〇−リング、
固体発射薬結合剤、等は低温度可撓性、高温度安定性、
耐溶媒性、および熱および酸化安定性を持たなければな
らない。若干の上記性質を示す最近の先行技術の物質が
述べられているけれども、今まで、上記要求事項を満足
させかつさらに望ましい低温度可撓性を有する重合体は
提供されていない。
固体発射薬結合剤、等は低温度可撓性、高温度安定性、
耐溶媒性、および熱および酸化安定性を持たなければな
らない。若干の上記性質を示す最近の先行技術の物質が
述べられているけれども、今まで、上記要求事項を満足
させかつさらに望ましい低温度可撓性を有する重合体は
提供されていない。
本発明は、極めて低いガラス転移湿度を有しかつ低温度
において可撓性であり、そして耐溶媒性および良好な加
水分解、熱および酸化安定性を有する新規な重合体の製
造のため極めて有用である新規な多官能末端ポリ(パー
フルオロアルキレンオキサイド)の背骨を有するビス−
トリアルコキシシランを提供する。

末端またはアシル末端ポリパーフルオロアルキレンオキ
サイPをアミノプロピルアルコキシシランと反応させる
ことにより得られる。

本発明によるビス−トリアルコキシシラン化合物は50

安定性、耐溶媒性のポリシロキサンの製造のためホモ重
合または共重合される。

この♂スートリアルコキシシラン化合物のガラス転移温
度(Tg )は一般に一78°Cより低く、好ましくは
一100°Cより低く、そして−125°Cまたはさら

末端先駆化合物をH2N(OH2) 3Si(OCH3
) 3と反応させることにより得ることができる。
