Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled one-package type composition, having improved storage stability, and capable of exhibiting improved adhesive property after curing, and prepared by using a specific curing catalyst and a specified cross?linking agent to prevent the viscosity increase or partial gelation in mixing components thereof.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A polydiorganopolysiloxane having a viscosity of 500W200,000cst at 25°C and terminal silanol groups is incorporated with (B) a silane, expressed by formula I (R1 is substituted or unsubstituted monofunctional hydrocarbon group; R2 is monofunctional group selected from the group consisting of alkyl and alkoxy groups; a is 0 or 1), and containing alkoxy groups and partial hydrolysis and condensation product thereof as a crosslinking agent and (C) an ester interchange reaction product of an alkoxytitanium compound, expressed by formula II (R3 is substituted or unsubstituted monofunctional hydrocarbon group) with a carbon functional organosilicon compound consisting of a carbon functional silane expressed by formula III (R4 is substituted or unsubstituted monofunctional hydrocarbon group; R5 is hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted monofunctional hydrocarbon group; R6 is bifunctional group; R7 and R8 are substituted or unsubstituted monofunctional hydrocarbon group; b is 1 or 2; c is 0 or 1) and a partial hydrolysis and condensation product thereof, and prepared by reacting one mole alkoxy group with one mole alcoholic hydroxyl group, as a curing catalyst. 100pts.wt. component (A) is incorporated with 0.5W25pts.wt., preferably 2W10pts.wt., component (B) and 0.01W10pts.wt. component (C).
