Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.実質的に無孔または10nm未満の直径の孔を有するガラスで作られた外表 面を有してなる磁性粒子。 2.ガラス表面を有する強磁性粒子。 3.粒子が、10〜60μmの粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または 2記載の粒子。 4.表面に含まれるいかなる孔も、1nm未満の直径を有することを特徴とする 、請求項1または2記載の粒子。 5.粒子が、雲母の核および該雲母に固定された磁性粒子を持つ、ガラス層に埋 め込まれた複合物質を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の粒子 。 6.粒子表面に生体物質が結合する条件下で、請求項1〜5いずれか記載の粒子 と液体中で生体物質を含有する試料を接触させる工程、および 該液体から生体物質を分離する工程 を含む生体物質の単離方法。 7.生体物質が、核酸であることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。 8.天然型の核酸がガラス表面に結合できる条件下において、ガラス表面を持つ 磁性粒子と液体中で天然型の核酸を含有する試料を接触させる工程、および該液 体から結合した核酸を分離する工程 を含む核酸の単離方法。 9.磁気現象(Magneten geschieht)の補助(Hilfe) で分離することを特徴とする、請求項6〜8いずれか記載の方法。 10.試料に接触させるとき、磁性粒子が、予め磁性化されていないことを特徴 とする、請求項6〜9いずれか記載の方法。 11.磁性核を供給する工程、および 実質的に無孔のガラス表面内に磁性核を包み込む工程 による磁性ガラス粒子の製造方法。 12.包み込み、表面上へのゾルの沈積、そして、引き続いて該ゾルを高密度化 することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項11記載の方法。 13.天然型の核酸を単離するための強磁性ガラス粒子の適用。
