Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.疎水性薬物を可溶化し得る高分子ミセル薬物組成物であって、親水性成分お よび疎水性成分を有するブロック共重合体のミセルと、このミセルに封入された 疎水性薬物を含み前記疎水性成分が、ポリラクチド、ポリグリコリド、ポリ(ラ クチド−グリコリド)、ポリカプロラクトンおよびこれらの混合物からなる群か ら選ばれた生分解性高分子であり、前記親水性成分がポリ(アルキレンオキシド )である薬物組成物。 2.請求項1に記載の高分子ミセル薬物組成物であって、前記ブロック共重合体 が下記式(I)または(II)の高分子である高分子ミセル薬物組成物: 前記式で、 R1は、水素またはC1-20アルキルであり; mは、2ないし3,000の整数であり; Xは、100ないし100,000の分子量を有する、ポリラクチド(PLA) 、ポリグリコリド(PGA)、ポリ(ラクチド−グリコリド)(PLGA)、ポリカ プロラクトン(PCL)およびこれらの誘導体からなる群から選ばれた高分子断 片である。 3.請求項1に記載の高分子ミセル薬物組成物であって、前記ブロック共重合体 が下記式(III)または(IV)の高分子である薬物組成物: 前記式で、 R1は、水素またはC1ー20アルキルであり; i、jおよびkは、独立的に2ないし1,000の整数であり; mは、2ないし3,000の整数である。 4.請求項1に記載の高分子ミセル薬物組成物であって、前記ブロック共重合体 が下記式(V)または(VI)の高分子である薬物組成物: 前記式で、 R1は、水素またはC1ー20アルキルであり; lは、2ないし700の整数であり、 mは、10ないし3,000の整数であり、 nおよびpは、独立的に2ないし500の整数である。 5.前記疎水性薬物がパクリタクセル、ドキソルビシンおよびサイクロスポリン である請求項1に記載の高分子ミセル薬物組成物。 6.前記疎水性薬物がパクリタクセルであり、疎水性成分がポリラクチドまたは ポリカプロラクトンである請求項1に記載の高分子ミセル薬物組成物。 7.疎水性薬物を可溶化し得る高分子ミセル薬物組成物の製造方法であって、ポ リラクチド、ポリグリコリド、ポリ(ラクチド−グリコリド)、ポリカプロラクト ンおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれた生分解性疎水性高分子の疎水性 成分と、ポリ(アルキレンオキシド)である親水性成分とを有するブロック共重 合体のミセル溶液を製造するステップ; 疎水性薬物を前記ブロック共重合体溶液と混合するステップ; 生成した混合物を攪拌、加熱、超音波処理、溶媒蒸発または透析して疎水性薬物 をブロック共重合体ミセルに物理的に封入するステップ;および 混合物を濾過して高分子ミセル−疎水性薬物組成物を回収するステップを含む薬 物組成物の製造方法。 8.前記疎水性薬物がパクリタクセル、ドキソルビシンまたはサイクロスポリン である請求項10に記載の方法。
