Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.使い捨て可能な電子的検定装置であって、 決定すべき分析物質を含む体液のサンプルを受けるサンプル・レセプタ手段と 、 サンプル体液成分と反応して、前記サンプルの分析物質の量と相関し且つ物理 的に検出することができる変化を生じるサンプル処理手段と、 前記物理的に検出することができる変化に応答して、前記サンプルの分析物質 の量と相関する電気信号を生成する検出器手段と、 前記検出器手段に接続され、前記電気信号をディジタル試験結果出力へ変換す る信号処理手段と、 前記信号処理手段に接続され、前記試験結果信号を受信し提示する視覚的に読 み出し可能な出力手段と、 を備えるカード型のハウジング を具備する装置。 2.請求項1に記載の使い捨て可能な検定装置であって、前記物理的に検出する ことができる変化が出力面の反射率又は透過率の変化であり、前記検出器手段が 、光を前記出力面へ入射させるよう位置する光源と、前記出力面から反射され又 は該面を透過した光を受け取って反射率出力信号又は透過率出力信号を生じるよ う位置する光検出器とを備える装置。 3.請求項2に記載の使い捨て可能な検定装置であって、前記信号処理手段が、 アナログ反射率出力信号をディジタル反射率出力へ、又は、アナログ透過率出力 信号をディジタル反射率出力へ変換するアナログ‐ディジタル変換手段又は電流 積分比較器手段と、前記ディジタルの反射率出力又は透過率出力をディジタルの 試験結果出力へ変換するプロセッサ手段とを備える装置。 4.請求項1に記載の使い捨て可能な電子的検定装置であって、 該試料処理手段には、流体伝達において、該試料から妨害物質を分離するため の分離手段と、分析物質試料を該分析試料の量と相関関係をもつ量の物理的に検 出可能な物質に転化するための試料発育手段とが含まれることを特徴とする装置 。 5.請求項1に記載の使い捨て可能な電子的検定装置であって、 該分離手段は濾過手段であることを特徴とする装置。 6.請求項4に記載の使い捨て可能な電子的検定装置であって、 試料発育手段には、該分析物質と特異的に反応し且つ生成物を物理的に検出可 能なラベルで生成物で生成するための試料反応帯含有反応手段を備えた吸水性物 質が含まれ、該生成物の量は分析物質の量と相関関係にあり、検出帯が該検出手 段との相互作用可能なように所定の位置に設けられていることを特徴とする装置 。 7.請求項6に記載の使い捨て可能な電子的検定装置であって、 該物理的に検出可能なラベルは、該検出帯上のラベルの量又は濃度に相関して 、該検出帯において反射率又は透過率に変化をもたらすものであることを特徴と する装置。 8.請求項7に記載の使い捨て可能な電子的検定装置であって、 該物理的に検出可能なラベルは、クロモフォア(chromophore)、 フルオロフォア(fluorophore)、ケミルミネソア(chemulu minesore)、コロイダル原子状金属、金属化合物又は着色粒子であるこ とを特徴とする装置。
