Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式(II) の化合物またはその塩を還元することを含んでなる、式(I) の化合物またはその塩を製造する方法。 2. 還元を水素および貴金属触媒の存在下に実施する、請求項1に記載の方 法。 3. 貴金属触媒が、木炭に支持されていてもよい、パラジウム、酸化パラジ ウム、ラネーニッケル、白金、酸化白金またはロジウムである、請求項2に記載 の方法。 4. 貴金属触媒が木炭に支持された酸化パラジウムである、請求項3に記載 の方法。 5. 貴金属触媒が木炭に支持された10%酸化パラジウムである、請求項4 に記載の方法。 6. 酸化バラジウムを反応器に湿潤ペーストの形態で添加する、請求項5に 記載の方法。 7. 還元を水素および均質触媒の存在下に実施する、請求項1に記載の方法 。 8. 均質触媒が塩化トリス(トリフェニルホスフィン)ロジウムである、請 求項7に記載の方法。 9. 還元工程を水またはアルコール、エーテル、エステルもしくはアミド、 またはそれらの混合物を含んでなる溶媒の中で実施する、請求項1〜8のいずれ か一項に記載の方法。 10. 溶媒が水、メタノール、エタノール、ジオキサン、酢酸エチル、ジメ チルホルムアミドまたはそれらの混合物である、請求項9に記載の方法。 11. 還元を10〜50℃の温度において実施する、請求項1〜10のいず れか一項に記載の方法。 12. 還元を接触水素移動の条件下に実施する、請求項1に記載の方法。 13. 還元を水素ドナーの存在下にパラジウムを使用して実施する、請求項 12に記載の方法。 14. 水素ドナーがギ酸またはその塩である、請求項13に記載の方法。 15. N−メチル−2−[3−(1,2,3,6−テトラヒドロ−1−メチ ル−4−ピリジニル)−1H−インドール−5−イル)エテンスルホンアミドお よびその塩。 16. (A)式(III) (式中、R1 はヒドロキシ基であり、そしてR2 は水素であるか、またはR1 お よびR2 は一緒になって二重結合を形成し、そしてXは離脱原子、例えば、ハロ ゲン原子、例えば、臭素原子、または離脱基、例えば、トリフレート(CF3 S O3 )基である) の化合物またはその塩を、式(IV) CH2 =CHSO2 NZCH3 (IV) (式中、Zは水素またはアミノ保護基である) のN−メチルビニルスルホンアミドと縮合させ、そして必要に応じて、および/ または所望ならば、そのようにして得られた保護された誘導体を脱保護し、 (B)式(VII) の化合物をメチル化し、 (C)式(X) (式中、Lは適当な離脱基である) の化合物をメチルアミンと縮合させ、 (D)式(XII): の化合物を酸または塩基の存在下に脱水し、 (E)式(VIII) の化合物を、式(VI) の化合物と反応させ、または (F)式(XVI) の化合物を脱水する、 ことを含んでなる、N−メチル−2−[3−(1,2,3,6−テトラヒドロ− 1−メチル−4−ピリジニル)−1H−インドール−5−イル)エテンスルホン アミドおよびその塩を製造する方法。
