Description
Claims (38)
- 1.ポリマーから成り酸素捕集特性を有する組成物または該組成物の層を含有す る包装用障壁において、組成物が酸化可能有機成分の金属触媒酸化により酸素を 捕集することを特徴とする包装用障壁。
- 2.酸素の透過度が10.0cm2/(m2・atm・day)以下であること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の障壁。
- 3.酸素の透過度が2.0cm2/(m2・atm・day)以下であることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の障壁。
- 4.酸素の透過度が0.5cm2/(m2・atm・day)以下であることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の障壁。
- 5.酸素の透過度が酸素捕集特性のない場合の透過度の3/4以下であることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項までのいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 6.酸素の透過度が酸素捕集特性のない場合の透過度の1/25以下であること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項までのいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 7.前記透過度が23℃、相対湿度50%で少なくとも20日間特定の限界また はそれ以下に維持されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項から第6項までのい ずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 8.前記透過度が23℃、相対湿度50%で少なくとも100日間特定の限界以 下に維持できることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項から第6項までのいずれか1 項に記載の障壁。
- 9.酸素捕集特性がない場合に多くて50cm2/(m2・atm・day)透 過度を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第8項のいずれか1項に記 載の障壁。
- 10.酸化可能有機成分が酸化可能ポリマーであることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項から第9項までのいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 11.酸化可能有機成分がポリアミドであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 から第9項までのいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 12.酸化可能有機成分が式−NH−CH2−アリレン−CH2−NH−CO− アルキレン−CO−で表わされる単位を含有するポリマーであることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項から第9項までのいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 13.金属触媒がコバルト化合物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から 第12項までのいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 14.金属触媒がロジウム化合物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から 第12項のいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 15.金属触媒が銅化合物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第12 項のいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 16.組成物が組成物に対して金属として10〜300ppmの範囲の重量比の 金属触媒を含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第15項のいずれか 1項に記載の障壁。
- 17.組成物が組成物に対して金属として100〜250ppmの範囲の重量比 の金属触媒を含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第15項のいずれ か1項に記載の障壁。
- 18.ポリマーが正式に1個以上のフタル酸と1分子あたり少なくとも2個のア ルコール性ヒドロキシ基を含有する1個以上の化合物との縮合ポリマーであるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第17項のいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 19.ポリマーが正式にテレフタル酸とエチレングリコールとの縮合ポリマーで あることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第17項のいずれか1項に記載の障 壁。
- 20.ポリマーがポリオレフィンであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から 第17項のいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 21.ポリオレフィンがポリプロピレン、またはポリエチレンであることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第20項に記載の障壁。
- 22.酸化可能有機成分とポリマーが単一の酸化可能ポリマーであることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項から第17項までのいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 23.少なくとも2層から成り、第1層が請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物から 成り、他の層がポリマーから成る組成物から成り酸素捕集特性がない場合の障壁 の透過度を2以上の因子により減少させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項か ら第22項のいずれか1項に記載の障壁。
- 24.少なくとも2層から成り、第1層が請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物から 成り、他の層が組成物に機械的安定性を与え、または組成物を環境または包装内 容物から分離することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第23項までのいずれ か1項に記載の障壁。
- 25.ポリマー、酸化可能有機成分及び該酸化可能有機成分の酸化用金属触媒か ら成ることを特徴とする包装用組成物。
- 26.酸素の透過性が3.0cm2mm/(m2・atm・day)以下である ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第25項に記載の組成物。
- 27.酸素の透過性が0.7cm2mm/(m2・atm・day)以下である ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第25項に記載の組成物。
- 28.酸素の透過性が0.2cm2mm/(m2・atm・day)以下である ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第25項に記載の組成物。
- 29.酸素捕集特性のない場合の透過性の3/4以下の透過性を有することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第25項から第28項のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 30.前記透過性が23℃、相対湿度50%で少なくとも20日間特定の限界ま たはそれ以下に維持されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第26項から第29項の いずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 31.酸素捕集特性のない場合に17cm2mm/(m2・atm・day)以 下の透過性を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第25項から第30項のいずれ か1項に記載の組成物。
- 32.請求の範囲第1項による障壁に関して、請求の範囲第10項から第22項 のいずれか1項に記載の特色のいずれかを有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 25項から第31項のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 33.請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物は金属触媒を他の成分と同時に全部混合 するかあるいは順次混合することによって製造され、このようにして得られた組 成物から障壁または障壁の層が形成されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項か ら第24項までのいずれか1項に記載の障壁を製造する方法。
- 34.金属触媒を他の成分と同時にあるいは順次混合することから成ることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第25項ないし第32項のいずれか1項に記載の組成物の製 造方法。
- 35.ポリマーから成り酸素捕集特性を有する組成物または組成物の層を含有し 、2.0cm2/(m2・atm・day)以下の透過度を有し、酸素捕集特性 のない場合に50cm2/(m2・atm・day)以下の透過度を有する包装 用障壁において、組成物が酸化可能有機ポリマーの金属触媒酸化により酸素を捕 集することを特徴とする包装用障壁。
- 36.請求の範囲第1項から第24項、及び第35項のうちのいずれか1項に記 載の障壁、または請求の範囲第33項に記載の方法により製造される障壁から成 る容器。
- 37.請求の範囲第1項から第24項、及び第35項のうちいずれか1項に記載 の障壁、または請求の範囲第33項に記載の方法によって製造される障壁から成 る飲料瓶。
- 38.請求の範囲第1項から第24項、及び第35項のうちいずれか1項に記載 の障壁、または請求の範囲第33項に記載の方法によって製造される障壁から成 る食料容器。
