Claims (28)
- 電池セルの特性を表示するための再使用可能電池表示システムであって、前記再使用可能電池表示システムは、
第1の電池端子、第2の電池端子、及び、電池ラベルを有する電池セルと、
電池インジケータと、を備え、
前記電池インジケータは、
電池セルの感知されたアナログ特性をデジタル情報に変換するように構成される電圧センサと、
前記電圧センサに通信可能に接続される通信回路と、
前記通信回路に作用的に結合されるアンテナと、
第1のコネクタと第2のコネクタとを有する接続機構であって、前記第1のコネクタおよび前記第2のコネクタが前記電圧センサに電気的に接続され、前記第1のコネクタおよび前記第2のコネクタが前記第1の電池端子及び前記第2の電池端子に取り外し可能に且つ電気的にそれぞれ接続されるようになっており、それにより、前記電圧センサと前記第1の電池端子及び前記第2の電池端子との間に電気的接続部がもたらされる、接続機構と、
を備え、
前記電池インジケータは、電気的なキーを含み、
前記電気的なキーは、分割整合アンテナネットワークを備え、
前記電池ラベルは、電気的なロックを備え、
前記電気的なキーは、前記電池インジケータの機能を有効にさせるために、前記電気的なロックと相互作用するものであり、
前記電気的なロックは、カーボンフィルム抵抗器又はコンデンサのうちの1つを備え、前記カーボンフィルム抵抗器又は前記コンデンサは、前記分割整合アンテナネットワークにおけるアンテナを完成及び同調するものであり、
前記第1のコネクタおよび前記第2のコネクタは、それぞれ、前記電池セルの前記第1の電池端子の周囲および前記電池セルの前記第2の電池端子の周囲に嵌合するようなサイズおよび形状の端部ループを備えた可撓性ワイヤを含む、再使用可能電池表示システム。 - 前記第2のコネクタは、プラスの電池陽極に電気的に接続され、前記第1のコネクタは、マイナスの電池陰極に電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 前記第1のコネクタは、前記コネクタから離れるように延びるコネクタタブを含み、前記コネクタタブは、前記第1の電池端子との電気的接続部を形成する請求項2に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 前記電池インジケータは、プリント回路基板を備え、前記電圧センサ及び前記通信回路が前記プリント回路基板上に形成され、前記コネクタは、前記プリント回路基板の第1の側に電気的に接続される環状プラットフォームである、請求項3に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 前記第2のコネクタが前記プリント回路基板の第2の側に電気的に接続される、請求項4に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 前記第2のコネクタは、前記コネクタから離れるように延びるリテーナタブを含み、前記リテーナタブは、前記電池セルの缶との電気的接続部を形成するようになっている、請求項5に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 複数のコネクタタブと複数のリテーナタブとを更に備え、前記複数のコネクタタブは前記複数のリテーナタブの径方向外側に配置される、請求項5に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- ハウジングを更に備え、前記電圧センサ及び前記通信回路が前記ハウジング内に装着され、前記ハウジングは、並んで配置される2つの円筒状の電池セルの間に嵌合するように寸法付けられて形成される、請求項1に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 前記ハウジングが三角柱の形状を成す断面を有する、請求項8に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 前記ハウジングが凹状である1つの側面を有する、請求項8に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 前記ハウジングが凹状である2つの側面を有する、請求項8に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 請求項1に記載の再使用可能電池表示システムを備える電子機器であって、前記再使用可能電池表示システムが前記電子機器の電池レセプタクル内に装着される、電子機器。
- 前記電気的なキーは、光学センサを備え、前記電気的なロックは、光学的なID反射パターン、テキスト又は記号のうちの1つを備え、前記光学的なID反射パターン、テキスト又は記号は、インジケータの機能を有効にするために前記光学センサに結合される請求項1に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 前記電気的なキーは、容量結合接続部を備え、前記電気的なロックは、容量コネクタを備え、前記容量コネクタは前記容量結合接続部に接触し、前記再使用可能電池インジケータの電子モジュールは、インジケータの機能を提供するために前記容量コネクタの電気特性を測定する請求項1に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 前記分割整合アンテナネットワークは、前記電池セル上の印刷構成要素を含む、請求項1に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 前記印刷構成要素が、カーボンフィルム抵抗器またはコンデンサのうちの1つを含む、請求項15に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
- 前記分割整合アンテナネットワークは、機能するために前記印刷構成要素の存在を必要とする無線モジュールアンテナを含む、請求項15に記載の再使用可能電池表示システム。
