- the wiring 611 is connected to the power input terminal Vcc of the microprocessor unit 61 (hereinafter abbreviated as MPU 61), and the wiring 612 is connected to the ground terminal GND1 of the MPU 61.
- MPU 61 microprocessor unit 61
- the wirings 68a and 68a connected in parallel to the positive terminal of the battery 11 are provided with resistors 641 and 642 for detecting the voltage of the battery 11, respectively.

- the detection terminals VD1 and VD2 are respectively connected.
- a capacitor 643 is provided in the wiring 68b electrically connected to the negative electrode terminal of the battery 11, and the other end of the wiring 68b is connected to the wiring 68a connected to the voltage detection terminal VD1.
- the voltage between the terminals of the battery 11 is detected by these two resistors 641 and 642 and the capacitor 643.
- the detected inter-terminal voltage value of the battery 11 is converted into an AC signal of a specific frequency band by the internal function of the MPU 61, and is transmitted from the communication signal output terminal Out, which will be described later, via the wires 69a, 69, 611 and the power supply line 2.
- the wiring 69c is connected to the communication signal ground terminal GND2 of the MPU 61, and the assembled battery 1 of the first embodiment is connected via the coupling capacitor 63.
- the communication signal ground terminal GND2 is connected to a ground point such as a battery case to be stored. Since the ground point of the battery case or the like is the same potential (common potential) in each battery 11, the reference potential Va of the AC communication signal sent from the communication signal output terminal Out to the control circuit 7 is any voltage detection circuit 6. That is, the coupling capacitor 62 (similarly to the coupling capacitor 63) has a function of blocking the DC component and allowing only the AC component to pass. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the mixed signal of the direct current at the potential Vd and the alternating current communication signal has only a direct current component removed when passing through the coupling capacitor 62 and only the alternating current communication signal at the reference potential Va. This is sent to the power supply line 2. As a result, regardless of the position of the battery 11 in the assembled battery 1, an AC communication signal having the same potential is sent from the voltage detection circuit 6 of each battery 11 to the power supply line 2, and the control circuit 7 recognizes the communication signal. Assuming that the frequency bands of the AC signals respectively generated from the inverter 3 and the DC / DC converter 9 are in the range shown in FIG. 4, the frequency band between the ground fault detection device 8 and the inverter 3 (shown by hatching in FIG. 4). Since there is a relatively large margin, the hatched frequency band can be used as the frequency band of the communication signal between the voltage detection circuit 6 and the control circuit 7.

Only the signal in the hatched frequency band is extracted from the signal input via the signal, and this is input to the communication signal input terminal In of the MPU 61. Incidentally, the AC communication signal output from the communication signal output terminal of the MPU 61 is generated by the MPU 61 as a signal in the hatched frequency band.

- the DC potential of the corresponding battery 11 is connected to the ground terminal GND1, and the MPU 61 recognizes the AC communication signal based on this DC potential. Therefore, the DC potential of the corresponding battery 11 is added to the AC communication signal extracted by the band pass filter 65, and this additional signal is sent to the communication signal input terminal In of the MPU 61.
- the frequency band between the ground fault detection device 8 and the inverter 3 is the communication frequency band (the hatched frequency band in FIG. 4).

- each voltage detection circuit 6 is provided with a memory 67 that is configured by a nonvolatile semiconductor memory or the like and stores (stores) a unique identifier of the detection target battery 11.
- the unique identifier stored in the memory 67 is sent to the control circuit 7 after being added as a header of the AC signal when the detected voltage value is output as an AC signal.
- the control circuit 7 can recognize which battery 11 corresponds to the information on the voltage value sent.
- the unique identifier of the detection target battery 11 is also added to the capacity adjustment command signal sent from the control circuit 7. By comparing the capacity adjustment command signal to which the unique identifier of the battery 11 to be detected is added and the unique identifier stored in the memory 67 in the voltage detection circuit 6, it is possible to determine whether the capacity adjustment command is for itself.

Then, the DC component is blocked by the coupling capacitor 73 provided in the wiring 72, and the command signal is sent to the power supply line 2 as an AC communication signal having the same reference potential Va as the reference potential Va of the voltage detection circuit 6. .
- the voltage value of each battery 11 is sent from each voltage detection circuit 6.
- the MPU 71 reads an AC communication signal corresponding to the voltage value, and the voltage value together with the unique identifier included in the AC communication signal, that is, the unique identifier of the battery 11. Is analyzed by the MPU 71.
- the MPU 71 sends a command signal to the voltage detection circuit 6 corresponding to the target battery 11, and the MPU 71 passes a current through the capacity adjustment resistor 66 for a predetermined time.
- the MPU 71 controls the capacity of the batteries 11 constituting the assembled battery 1 to be equal.
- the unique identifier of the capacity adjustment target battery 11 is added to the capacity adjustment command signal output at this time. By comparing the capacity adjustment command signal to which the unique identifier of the capacity adjustment target battery 11 is added and the unique identifier stored in the memory 67 in each voltage detection circuit 6, it is determined whether the capacity adjustment command is for itself.

Wiring for information communication becomes unnecessary, and accordingly, the cost of the wiring itself and the assembly man-hours and wiring space for wiring can be reduced.
- the reference potential Va is made equal by the coupling capacitor 63 and the AC communication is made to the power supply line 2 via the coupling capacitor 62. Since the signal is transmitted, the AC communication signal having the same potential can be obtained.
- the band-pass filter 65 is used to extract the AC communication signal in a specific frequency band, so that voltage detection Communication between the circuit 6 and the control circuit 7 becomes possible.
- the target voltage detection circuit 6 of the battery 11 is selected from the plurality of voltage detection circuits 6. Can be identified.

Abstract
