前記複数の凸部の上面は、凹形状面であることを特徴とする。
なお、本発明の理解を助けるために、本発明の繊維強化積層体がシャッタ装置のシャッタ羽根として用いられる一実施形態が説明されるが、本発明の繊維強化積層体は、ブラインドや各種構造材にも適用されることはいうまでもない。
黒色被膜は、フィラーと、バインダー樹脂と、黒色粒子とを含んでおり、以下、順次説明される。
炭素繊維強化樹脂層は、炭素強化繊維に熱可塑性樹脂などを含浸させて形成された炭素繊維強化樹脂プリプレグシート(以下、CFRPプリプレグシートとする)とすることができる。CFRPプリプレグシートの厚さは、マトリックス樹脂に均一に分布させ、強度を向上させるために、一実施形態では10μm以上、別の実施形態では15μm以上、さらに別の実施形態では20μm以上とすることができる。CFRPプリプレグシートの厚さは、シャッタ羽根としたときに、シャッタ駆動を高速にするためや、シャッタユニットの薄型化を達成するために、一実施形態では80μm以下、別の実施形態では60μm以下、さらに別の実施形態では40μm以下とすることができる。
基板は、黒色被膜および炭素繊維強化樹脂層を設けることができる有機化合物、無機化合物または金属で構成される板状部材である。一実施形態では、基板は、プラスチック材からなるものにより構成することができる。使用可能なプラスチック材としては、ポリエステルフィルム、ポリイミドフィルム、ポリスチレンフィルム、ポリカーボネートフィルム等の合成樹脂フィルムが挙げられる。一実施形態では、ポリエステルフィルムが用いられ、機械的強度、寸法安定性の向上のために、延伸加工、特に二軸延伸加工された二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(二軸延伸PETフィルムなど)が用いられる。炭素繊維等を用いた繊維強化層であってもよい。耐熱性、耐久性を考えるとPEN等ガラス転移温度が120℃以上のものが好ましい。PEEK、ポリイミドフィルム等ガラス転移温度が200℃以上であれば、レンズによる日光の集光でも樹脂の劣化等を少なくすることができる。なお、本発明の実施例では、透明樹脂のPETを用いたが、有色のポリイミドフィルム等を用いた場合、黒色塗装膜をより薄くすることができる。なお、ポリイミドフィルムは褐色であるが、その他の透明無色の樹脂フィルムにカーボンブラックを混合して、黒色樹脂基板と用いてもよい。

次に、本実施形態の繊維強化積層体を好適に形成するための硬化成形方法が説明される。本実施形態の硬化成形方法は、特に、図5A、5Bに示すような、黒色被膜が設けられた基板を中間層として2枚の炭素繊維強化樹脂で両側から挟み積層された構成の繊維強化積層体の硬化成型方法である。硬化成形方法としては、例えばホットプレス法やオートクレーブ法が適用可能である。本実施形態では、特にホットプレス法を適用した場合が説明される。
