Claims (10)
- 固定端子を介して接続される電線と給電プラグとを電気的に接続するための充電コネクタであって、
軸方向に延びる少なくとも1つのソケット部を有するハウジングと、
前記ソケット部の径方向内側に形成される端子収容部に収容される導電性の接続端子であって、
前記給電プラグの端子を接続可能なプラグ接続部と、
軸方向において該プラグ接続部とは反対側に位置する端子連結部であって、前記固定端子が連結される端子連結部とを有する接続端子と、
前記接続端子を前記端子収容部内に保持するように前記ソケット部の端部に着脱自在に係合によって装着される端部キャップと、
前記ソケット部に対して前記接続端子の軸回りの回転を規制する回転規制構造と
を備え、
前記回転規制構造は、前記接続端子に形成される少なくとも1つの端子係合部と、前記端部キャップに形成される少なくとも1つのキャップ係合部とを含み、前記少なくとも1つの端子係合部と前記少なくとも1つのキャップ係合部との係合によって前記接続端子の回転を規制する、充電コネクタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの端子係合部は、前記接続端子の前記端子連結部に形成されている、請求項1に記載の充電コネクタ。
- 固定端子を介して接続される電線と給電プラグとを電気的に接続するための充電コネクタであって、
軸方向に延びる少なくとも1つのソケット部を有するハウジングと、
前記ソケット部の径方向内側に形成される端子収容部に収容される導電性の接続端子であって、
前記給電プラグの端子を接続可能なプラグ接続部と、
軸方向において該プラグ接続部とは反対側に位置する端子連結部であって、前記固定端子が連結される端子連結部とを有する接続端子と、
前記接続端子を前記端子収容部内に保持するように前記ソケット部の端部に着脱自在に装着される端部キャップと、
前記ソケット部に対して前記接続端子の軸回りの回転を規制する回転規制構造と
を備え、
前記回転規制構造は、前記接続端子に形成される少なくとも1つの端子係合部と、前記端部キャップに形成される少なくとも1つのキャップ係合部とを含み、前記少なくとも1つの端子係合部と前記少なくとも1つのキャップ係合部との係合によって前記接続端子の回転を規制し、
前記少なくとも1つの端子係合部は、前記接続端子の前記端子連結部に形成され、
前記接続端子の前記端子連結部は、前記少なくとも1つの端子係合部が形成された大径部と、前記大径部よりも径の小さい小径部とを含む、充電コネクタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの端子係合部は、前記接続端子の軸と平行に延びる端子係合面を有し、
前記少なくとも1つのキャップ係合部は、前記端子係合面と平行に延びるキャップ係合面を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の充電コネクタ。 - 固定端子を介して接続される電線と給電プラグとを電気的に接続するための充電コネクタであって、
軸方向に延びる少なくとも1つのソケット部を有するハウジングと、
前記ソケット部の径方向内側に形成される端子収容部に収容される導電性の接続端子であって、
前記給電プラグの端子を接続可能なプラグ接続部と、
軸方向において該プラグ接続部とは反対側に位置する端子連結部であって、前記固定端子が連結される端子連結部とを有する接続端子と、
前記接続端子を前記端子収容部内に保持するように前記ソケット部の端部に着脱自在に装着される端部キャップと、
前記ソケット部に対して前記接続端子の軸回りの回転を規制する回転規制構造と
を備え、
前記回転規制構造は、前記接続端子に形成される少なくとも1つの端子係合部と、前記端部キャップに形成される少なくとも1つのキャップ係合部とを含み、前記少なくとも1つの端子係合部と前記少なくとも1つのキャップ係合部との係合によって前記接続端子の回転を規制し、
前記端部キャップは、前記固定端子の側面に当接して前記固定端子の回転を規制するように構成された壁面を有する少なくとも1つのキャップ部を有する、充電コネクタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの端子係合部は、前記接続端子の前記端子連結部に形成されている、請求項5に記載の充電コネクタ。

前記少なくとも1つのキャップ係合部は、前記キャップ部の前記壁面から連続して前記端子係合面と平行に延びるキャップ係合面を有する、
請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の充電コネクタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのソケット部は、互いに隣接して配置された複数のソケット部を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのキャップ部は、前記隣接する複数のソケット部に対応して設けられた複数のキャップ部を含み、
前記複数のキャップ部のそれぞれの前記壁面は、前記複数のソケット部が隣接する方向に対して垂直に延びる、
請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の充電コネクタ。 - 給電プラグを装着可能な充電コネクタと該充電コネクタに接続される電線とを含む充電コネクタ組立体を製造する方法であって、
内側に端子収容部が形成された筒状のソケット部を有するハウジングを用意し、
前記給電プラグの端子を接続可能なプラグ接続部と、軸方向において該プラグ接続部とは反対側に位置する端子連結部とを有する導電性の接続端子を用意し、
前記接続端子を前記ソケット部の前記端子収容部に軸方向に沿って挿入し、
前記接続端子を前記端子収容部内に保持するための端部キャップを用意し、
前記接続端子に形成される少なくとも1つの端子係合部と、前記端部キャップに形成される少なくとも1つのキャップ係合部とを互いに係合させつつ、前記端部キャップを前記ソケット部の端部に係合によって装着することによって前記ソケット部に対して前記接続端子の軸回りの回転を規制し、
挿通孔が形成された導電性の固定端子を用意し、
前記電線の端部を前記固定端子に固定して該固定端子と電気的に接続し、
前記端部キャップを前記ソケット部の端部に装着した後に、前記電線の端部が固定された前記固定端子の前記挿通孔に締結具を挿通し、該締結具を前記接続端子の前記端子連結部に形成された締結孔に締結することによって前記固定端子を前記接続端子に固定する
ことを特徴とする充電コネクタ組立体の製造方法。
