Abstract

本实用新型有关一种电动车插座连接器装置,设于电动车内部的电池端,并与充电站内的插头连接器作电性接触,所述电动车插座连接器装置包含绝缘本体和复数导电组件,所述绝缘本体上具有依同轴放射配置的复数环形室及贯连所述复数环形室的横接部,每一环形室具有对应的槽口,所述复数导电组件逐一设于所述复数槽口中,其特征在于:所述复数导电组件与所述绝缘本体组接形成接合面,于所述接合面上形成粗糙面,能够增加所述复数导电组件与所述绝缘本体之间成型时的接合面积,以防止所述接合面因相异材质间膨胀系数的差异于环境温度影响下造成裂缝,能够起到较佳防水性及气密性效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器装置,尤其是涉及一种设于电动车内部的电池端,能与充电站内的插头连接器作电性接触,且具有防水以及气密功效之电动车插座连接器装置。
背景技术
按,面对日益严重的能源、气候、环境问题,发展新能源器车已逐渐成为全世界的共识。近年来,电动车的产量及销售量有逐年增长的趋势,这也使得供给电动车电源的充电连接器,在市场需求上大大地提升。如图1所示,为传统应用于电动车充电的插座连接器100之立体剖面示意图,具体而言,其结构上主要包含绝缘本体102和复数导电组件104,106,108,110,所述绝缘本体102上具有依同轴放射配置的复数环形室112,114,116,118,每一环形室具有对应的槽口120,122,124,126,所述复数导电组件104,106,108,110逐一设于所述这些槽口120,122,124,126中,能够与所述电动车内部的电池端电性连接供电源电流导入,一旦所述绝缘本体102与充电站内的插头连接器以物理对接时,所述这些导电组件104,106,108,110能同时与所述插头连接器上的导电组件接触,方能实现电动车充电。惟,所述这些导电组件104,106,108,110乃由金属材质所制造,而安装所述这些导电组件104,106,108,110的绝缘本体102却为非金属材质,因金属与非金属材质之间存在膨胀系数差异,故所述这些导电组件104,106,108,110与绝缘本体102之间的接合处128易受到环境温度影响而产生裂缝,导致液态水或水气沿所述裂缝进入以使所述这些导电组件104,106,108,110受潮令其充电效能不佳,是以,传统插座连接器100的防水性及气密性不甚理想。
发明内容
本实用新型之目的在于提供一种电动车插座连接器装置,藉由在绝缘本体及导电组件之间的接合面上增加接合面积,以防止所述接合面因相异材质间于环境温度影响下造成膨胀系数差异而生成裂缝,能够起到较佳防水性及气密性效果。
为了实现以上目的,本实用新型电动车插座连接器装置,设于电动车内部的电池端,并与充电站内的插头连接器作电性接触,所述电动车插座连接器装置包含绝缘本体和复数导电组件,所述绝缘本体为防水塑料材质,其上具有依同轴放射配置的复数环形室及贯连所述复数环形室的横接部,每一环形室具有对应的槽口,所述复数导电组件由金属材质制成,逐一设于所述槽口中,其特征在于:所述复数导电组件与所述绝缘本体组接形成接合面,于所述接合面上形成粗糙面,能够增加所述复数导电组件与所述绝缘本体之间成型时的接合面积。
依据上述,所述复数环形室包括第一环形室、第二环形室、第三环形室、第四环形室,所述复数导电组件包括第一导电组件、第二导电组件、第三导电组件、及第四导电组件,分别设于所述绝缘本体之所述第一环形室、第二环形室、第三环形室、及第四环形室中,所述第一导电组件之外侧表面与所述第一环形室内壁以及所述横接部组接形成第一接合面,于所述第一接合面上形成第一粗糙面,所述第二导电组件之外侧表面与所述第二环形室内壁以及所述横接部组接形成第二接合面,于所述第二接合面上形成第二粗糙面,所述第三导电组件之外侧表面与所述第三环形室内壁以及所述横接部组接形成第三接合面,于所述第三接合面上形成第三粗糙面,藉所述第一粗糙面、第二粗糙面、及第三粗糙面之设置,以增加所述复数导电组件与所述绝缘本体之间成型时的接合面积。
依据上述,所述复数粗糙面为连续性沟槽结构,能够进一步增加与所述绝缘本体之间成型时的接合面积。
依据上述,所述第一导电组件为接地柱,所述第二导电组件及第三导电组件均为导电筒,所述第四导电组件为讯号传输器。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型进行说明。
请参阅图2为本实用新型电动车插座连接器装置之剖面示意图,如图所示,本实用新型电动车插座连接器装置200设于电动车内部的电池端,并与充电站内的插头连接器作电性接触,所述电动车插座连接器装置包含绝缘本体202和复数导电组件204,206,208,210,所述绝缘本体202为防水塑料材质,其上具有依同轴放射配置的复数环形室及贯连所述这些环形室的横接部250。所述复数环形室包括第一环形室212、第二环形室214、第三环形室216、第四环形室218,分别具有对应的槽口220,222,224,226用于收纳所述复数导电组件204,206,208,210,亦即, 包括第一导电组件204、第二导电组件206、第三导电组件208、及第四导电组件210的复数导电组件,分别设于所述第一环形室212、第二环形室214、第三环形室216、及第四环形室218之对应槽口220,222,224,226中。
所述第一导电组件204为接地柱,其外侧表面与所述第一环形室212内壁以及所述横接部250组接形成第一接合面228,于所述第一接合面228上设有第一粗糙面2280,所述第一粗糙面2280可为连续性沟槽结构,能够增加所述第一导电组件204与所述绝缘本体202之间成型时的接合面积。
所述第二导电组件206为导电筒,其外侧表面与所述第二环形室214内壁以及所述横接部250组接形成第二接合面230,于所述第二接合面230上形成第二粗糙面2300,所述第二粗糙面2300可为连续性沟槽结构,能够增加所述第二导电组件206与所述绝缘本体202之间成型时的接合面积,且相对于所述第二粗糙面2320并靠近于所述横接部250的一侧设有凸环2331,所述横接部250于成型时是包覆至所述凸环2332内侧局部,即增加成型时的接合面积,使得成型时塑料与金属材质的抓持效果更佳。
所述第三导电组件208为导电筒,其外侧表面与所述第三环形室216内壁以及所述横接部组接形成第三接合面232,于所述第三接合面232上形成第三粗糙面2320,所述第三粗糙面2320可为连续性沟槽结构,能够增加所述第三导电组件与所述绝缘本体202之间成型时的接合面积,且相对于所述第三粗糙面2320并靠近于所述横接部250的一侧设有凸环2332,所述横接部250于成型时是包覆至所述凸环2332内侧局部,即增加成型时的接合面积,使得成型时塑料与金属材质的抓持效果更佳。
所述第四导电组件210为讯号传输器,与所述第四环形室218内壁以及所述横接部250组接形成第四接合面234,于所述第四接合面234上亦可设置具有连续性沟槽结构的第四粗糙面(图未示),能够增加所述第四导电组件210与所述绝缘本体202之间成型时的接合面积。
如是,藉由所述复数导电组件204,206,208,210与所述绝缘本体202的接合面228,230,232,234上形成粗糙面,能够增加所述这些导电组件204,206,208,210与所述绝缘本体202之间成型时的接合面积,以防止所述接合面228,230,232,234因相异材质间膨胀系数的差异于环境温度影响下造成裂缝,能够起到较佳防水性及气密性效果。
综上所述,本实用新型电动车插座连接器装置确能起到实用新型之目的,符合专利要件,惟,以上所述者,仅为本实用新型之较佳实施例而已,大凡依据本实用新型所为之各种修饰与变化仍应包含于本专利申请范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种电动车插座连接器装置,设于电动车内部的电池端,并与充电站内的插头连接器作电性接触,所述电动车插座连接器装置包含绝缘本体和复数导电组件,所述绝缘本体为防水塑料材质,其上具有依同轴放射配置的复数环形室及贯连所述复数环形室的横接部,每一环形室具有对应的槽口,所述复数导电组件为金属材质,是逐一设于所述槽口中,其特征在于:
所述复数导电组件与所述绝缘本体组接形成接合面,于所述接合面上形成粗糙面,能够增加所述复数导电组件与所述绝缘本体之间成型时的接合面积。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车插座连接器装置,其特征在于,所述复数环形室包括第一环形室、第二环形室、第三环形室、第四环形室,所述复数导电组件包括第一导电组件、第二导电组件、第三导电组件、及第四导电组件,分别设于所述绝缘本体之所述第一环形室、第二环形室、第三环形室、及第四环形室中,所述第一导电组件之外侧表面与所述第一环形室内壁以及所述横接部组接形成第一接合面,于所述第一接合面上设有第一粗糙面,所述第二导电组件之外侧表面与所述第二环形室内壁以及所述横接部组接形成第二接合面,于所述第二接合面上设有第二粗糙面,所述第三导电组件之外侧表面与所述第三环形室内壁以及所述横接部组接形成第三接合面,于所述第三接合面上设有第三粗糙面,藉所述第一粗糙面、第二粗糙面、及第三粗糙面之设置,以增加所述复数导电组件与所述绝缘本体之间成型时的接合面积。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动车插座连接器装置,其特征在于,所述第一导电组件为接地柱,所述第二导电组件及第三导电组件均为导电筒,所述第四导电组件为讯号传输器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电动车插座连接器装置,其特征在于,所述第二导电组件与第三导电组件相对于所述第二粗糙面与第三粗糙面并靠近于所述横接部的一侧设有凸环,所述横接部于成型时将所述凸环内侧局部包覆,使得塑料的所述绝缘本体与金属材质的所述第二导电组件与第三导电组件抓持效果更佳。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动车插座连接器装置,其特征在于,所述复数粗糙面为连续性沟槽结构,能够进一步增加与所述绝缘本体之间成型时的接合面积。
