ことを特徴とするハイドロポンプ、特に調節可能なアキシャルピストンポンプ。 - 少なくとも1つの中空チャンバ(60)が、ピストンハウジング(62)内でピストン(22)の長手軸線(L)の方向あるいはそれに対して平行な方向に延びており、かつ、ジョイントヘッド(24)から軸線方向間隔(A)で始まってピストン(22)をピストン底部(54)まで貫いている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイドロポンプ。
- 補償装置(74)が、カバー(58)の外周面(70)に沿って螺旋溝(72)を有しており、前記螺旋溝は、カバー(58)がピストンハウジング(62)内へ挿入された場合にピストンハウジング(62)によって排出箇所(76)まで覆われており、前記排出箇所が補償装置(74)の一部として螺旋溝(72)を介して周囲(U)とピストン(22)内の少なくとも1つの中空チャンバ(60)との間に媒体を案内する接続を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイドロポンプ。
- 螺旋溝(72)が、排出箇所(76)とは反対側の他の流入箇所(84)において、カバー(58)の面取り部(86)内へ連通し、あるいはそれに隣接し、面取り部(86)の外径が、ジョイントヘッド(24)の方向に閉鎖直径(AD)まで好ましくは連続的に減少している、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイドロポンプ。
- ピストンハウジング(62)がピストン底部(54)に結合部分(66)を有しており、前記結合部分を介してカバー(58)がピストン底部(54)と結合可能であり、好ましくは溶接可能又は半田付け可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイドロポンプ。
- カバー(58)がピストンハウジング(62)と半田付け又は電子ビーム溶接方法によって堅固に結合されており、かつ、
ピストン(22)が溶接後に、好ましくは熱処理される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のハイドロポンプ。 - 電子ビーム溶接継ぎ目が、螺旋溝(72)の少なくとも排出箇所(76)を閉鎖する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のハイドロポンプ。
- ピストンハウジング(62)内に複数の中空チャンバ(60)が、好ましくは等しい直径(D)で、部分円上に互いに対して変位して設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のハイドロポンプ。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のハイドロポンプ用のピストンであって、前記ピストンがジョイントヘッド(24)とジョイントヘッド(24)とは反対側のピストン底部(54)及び少なくとも1つの中空チャンバ(60)を有しており、前記中空チャンバが少なくとも部分的にピストンハウジング(62)によって包囲されており、前記ピストンハウジングがそれぞれの中空チャンバ(60)を外側へ向かって実質的に、あるいは完全に閉鎖する、ピストン。
- 少なくとも1つの中空チャンバ(60)が、ピストンハウジング(62)内でピストン(22)の長手軸線(L)の方向又はそれに対して平行な方向に延びており、かつピストン(22)をジョイントヘッド(24)から軸線方向の間隔(A)から始まってピストン底部(54)まで貫いている、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のピストン。
- 少なくとも1つの中空チャンバ(60)が、ピストンハウジング(62)によって、あるいはピストンハウジング(62)と結合可能なカバー(58)によって閉鎖されている、ことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のピストン。
