Abstract
本发明涉及一种空心柱塞,它包括柱塞本体,在所述柱塞本体中部设有油孔,在所述油孔外侧的柱塞本体上设有空腔,所述油孔外壁与空腔内壁之间的厚度和油孔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度比为1:(5.8‑6.2),所述空腔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度和油孔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度比为1:(2.8‑3.2),所述油孔外壁与空腔内壁之间的厚度和空腔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度比为1:(1.8‑2.2)。本发明运行平稳,不受柱塞重量影响。

本发明涉及一种柱塞,具体涉及一种空心柱塞。
背景技术
在现有技术中,大排量的柱塞泵和马达,因柱塞本身重量过重,运行转速过快容易产生抖动,大大影响了泵的效率。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种运行平稳,不受柱塞重量影响的空心柱塞。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的空心柱塞,它包括柱塞本体,在所述柱塞本体中部设有油孔,在所述油孔外侧的柱塞本体上设有空腔,所述油孔外壁与空腔内壁之间的厚度和油孔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度比为1:(5.8-6.2),所述空腔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度和油孔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度比为1:(2.8-3.2),所述油孔外壁与空腔内壁之间的厚度和空腔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度比为1:(1.8-2.2)。
所述油孔外壁与空腔内壁之间的厚度和油孔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度比为1:6。
所述空腔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度和油孔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度比为1:3。

有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明结构设置合理,在油孔外侧的柱塞本体上设置空腔,并且油孔外壁与空腔内壁之间的厚度和油孔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度比为1:(5.8-6.2),空腔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度和油孔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度比为1:(2.8-3.2),油孔外壁与空腔内壁之间的厚度和空腔外壁与柱塞本体外壁之间的厚度比为1:(1.8-2.2),确保柱塞在使用时不受影响,本结构在高速运转下运行轻盈,抖动小,效率高,符合实际使用要求。
