Claims (7)
- 2段式カスケード冷却システムであって、
第1冷媒を循環させる第1流体回路を形成する第1冷却段であって、前記第1流体回路に流体連通する第1圧縮機と、凝縮器と、第1膨張装置とを有する第1冷却段と、
前記第1流体回路から流体的に隔離された、第2冷媒を循環させる第2流体回路を形成する第2冷却段であって、該第2冷却段は、前記第2流体回路に流体連通する第2圧縮機と、第2膨張装置と、蒸発器とを有し、前記第2圧縮機は可変速圧縮機である、第2冷却段と、
前記第1および第2冷媒の間で熱を交換するために前記第1および第2流体回路に流体連通する熱交換器と、
室内と、前記室内へのアクセスを提供するドアとを有するキャビネットと、
温度によって規定される運転パラメータを測定するセンサと、
前記第1および第2圧縮機の運転を独立制御するために、前記第1および第2圧縮機に動作可能に連結されるとともに前記センサに動作可能に連結されたコントローラであって、前記冷却システムが最初に始動される場合、または前記キャビネットの前記室内の冷却を提供するために再起動される場合に、多段プロトコルを実施するように構成されたコントローラと、
を備え、
前記多段プロトコルは、
前記第1冷却段を動作させるために前記第1圧縮機を始動するステップと、
前記第2圧縮機の最大速度未満の初期速度で前記第2圧縮機を始動するステップと、
前記第2圧縮機を初期速度で動作させた後で、前記第2圧縮機の速度を前記最大速度まで増加させるステップであって、前記コントローラが、測定された運転パラメータに基づいて、前記第2圧縮機が前記初期速度で動作するか、または前記最大速度で動作するかを制御する、ステップと、
を含み、
前記センサによって測定されかつ前記コントローラによって使用される前記運転パラメータが前記キャビネットの温度である、2段式カスケード冷却システム。 - 前記センサによって測定されかつ前記コントローラによって使用される前記運転パラメータが、前記冷却システムによって冷却されている前記キャビネットの前記室内で測定されたキャビネット室内温度である、請求項1に記載の2段式カスケード冷却システム。
- 前記コントローラが、前記第2圧縮機を前記初期速度で始動させ、前記キャビネット室内温度が所定の閾値を越えた場合には前記第2圧縮機の速度を前記最大速度まで増加させないように構成されている、請求項2に記載の2段式カスケード冷却システム。
- 前記多段プロトコルにおいて、前記コントローラは、前記第1圧縮機の始動の後で前記第2圧縮機の始動を遅らせる、請求項1に記載の2段式カスケード冷却システム。
- 前記多段プロトコルにおいて、前記コントローラはまた、騒音制御のための作業者設定に基づいて、前記第2圧縮機が前記初期速度で動作するか、または前記最大速度で動作するかを制御する、請求項1に記載の2段式カスケード冷却システム。
- 前記第2圧縮機の前記初期速度は、前記第2圧縮機の前記最大速度の50%以下の能力を規定する、請求項1に記載の2段式カスケード冷却システム。
- 前記コントローラによって実施される前記多段プロトコルにより、前記キャビネットの前記室内で測定されるキャビネット室内温度は約−80℃に低下する、請求項1に記載の2段式カスケード冷却システム。
