Claims (18)
- 自動車の真空ポンプ(10)であって、この真空ポンプ(10)が空所を区画するケーシング(12)を持ち、このケーシング(12)が入口(14)及び出口(16)を持ち、前記空所が回転子(18)及び前記回転子(18)に摺動可能に取付けられる羽根を持ち、前記回転子(18)が前記ケーシングの1つの側(21)を通ってケーシングの外部へ延び、かつ前記回転子(18)を駆動部材に連結する連結装置(26)を備えており、前記真空ポンプ(10)が、前記ポンプ空所への潤滑流体の供給とは無関係に前記連結装置へ潤滑流体を供給する潤滑管路(50,56,66,68,70,72,74)を備えており、前記潤滑管路(50,56,66,68,70,72,74)が前記回転子(18)及び連結装置(26)を通って延びる部分(70,72,74)を含み、前記潤滑管路は前記回転子(18)の端面の中心に開口し、前記潤滑流体が前記回転子(18)を通ってこの開口から連結装置(26)へ供給される自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記連結装置(26)を通って延びる前記潤滑管路(50,56,66,68,70,72,74)の前記部分(74)が、前記回転子(18)の回転軸線(54)に対して平行になっている、請求項1に記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記連結装置(26)を通って延びる前記潤滑管路(50,56,66,68,70,72,74)の前記部分(74)が、前記回転子(18)の回転軸線(54)と同軸的である、請求項2に記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記回転子(18)を通って延びる前記潤滑管路(50,56,66,68,70,72,74)の前記部分(70,72)の第1の区域(72)が、前記回転子(18)の回転軸線(54)に対して平行になっている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記回転子(18)を通って延びる前記潤滑管路(50,56,66,68,70,72,74)の前記部分(70,72)の第1の区域(72)が、前記回転子(18)の回転軸線(54)と同軸的である、請求項4に記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記回転子(18)を通って延びる前記潤滑管路(50,56,66,68,70,72,74)の前記部分(70,72)の別の区域(70)が、前記回転子(18)の回転軸線(54)に対して横の方向に設けられている、請求項4又は5に記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記別の区域(70)が、前記第1の区域(72)から前記回転子(18)の外部へ半径方向に延びている、請求項6に記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記回転子(18)が、その周囲の周りに少なくとも部分的に延びる溝(68)を備えており、前記別の区域(70)が前記溝(68)に接続されている、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記溝(68)が前記回転子(18)の周りに完全に延びている、請求項8に記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記潤滑管路(50,56,66,68,70,72,74)が、潤滑流体入口(44)と前記回転子(18)及び連結装置(26)を通って延びる前記潤滑管路の前記部分(70,72,74)に連通する位置(66)との間で前記真空ポンプのケーシング(12)を通って延びる部分(50,56)を含んでいる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記位置(60)が、前記回転子(18)の前記ケーシング(12)との間に区画される空間であり、この空間を前記回転子(18)の溝(68)が通っている、請求項10に記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記潤滑流体入口(44)が、前記回転子(18)が通って延びる前記ケーシング(12)の同じ側(21)に設けられている、請求項10又は11に記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記連結装置(26)が、この連結装置(26)を通って前記回転子(18)の中へ延びる結合部材(28)によって前記回転子(18)に結合されている、請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記結合部材(28)が、少なくとも部分的に前記回転子(18)及び前記連結装置(26)を通って延びる潤滑管路(50,56,66,68,70,72,74)の前記部分(70,72,74)内に少なくとも部分的に位置している、請求項13に記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記結合部材(28)が、その外面に、潤滑流体の流れを促進する構造(76)を持っている、請求項13又は14に記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ(10)が、前記回転子(18)を完全に横切って延びる溝に摺動可能に取付けられるただ1つの羽根を備えている、請求項1〜15のいずれが1つに記載の自動車の真空ポンプ。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1つに記載の真空ポンプを持つ車両機関。
