Description
トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート:1.2wt%、
メタクリル酸メチル:8wt%、
γ−(メタクリロキシ)プロピルトリメトキシシラン:1.2wt%、
アゾビスイソブチロニトリル:0.06wt%、
アゾビスイソブチロニトリル:0.06wt%、
リチウム塩を含む非水溶媒:0.9M LiPF6および0.1M LiB(C2O4)2、EC/DMC=3:7、重量比:89.54%とした。
トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート:3wt%、
メタクリル酸メチル:1wt%、
γ−(メタクリロキシ)プロピルトリメトキシシラン:2.5wt%、
アゾビスイソブチロニトリル:0.06wt%、
リチウム塩を含む非水溶媒:1.0M LiClO4、PC/EMC/DEC=4:3:3、重量比:93.44%とした。これは一次電池であるので混合塩は使用しなかった。
トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート:2.3wt%、
メタクリル酸メチル:0.8wt%、
γ−(メタクリロキシ)プロピルトリメトキシシラン:1.9wt%、
アゾビスイソブチロニトリル:0.05wt%、
リチウム塩を含む非水:0.9M LiPF6および0.1M LiB(C2O4)2、EC/PC/EMC/DMC=20:8:40:32、重量比:94.95%とした。
Claims (19)
- リチウム塩を含む非水溶媒およびゲル化剤を有し、前記ゲル化剤は下記物質:不飽和二重結合を有するポリエチレングリコール化合物、不飽和二重結合を有するエステル類モノマ、シランカップリング剤および熱開始剤を含む組成物の重合体であるゲル電解液を含むリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池であって、前記リチウム塩を含む非水溶媒中のリチウム塩は混合塩であり、前記混合塩は主塩と副塩からなり、主塩の質量百分率は70〜100%、副塩の質量百分率は0〜30%であり、かつ前記混合塩1モルにおける副塩の割合が少なくとも0.1モルであり、前記混合塩の主塩は下記物質:LiPF6、LiBF4、LiClO4、LiI、LiNO3、LiCF3SO3、LiN(CF3SO2)2、LiN(CF2CF3SO2)2のうちの少なくとも1つであり、前記混合塩の副塩は下記物質:LiB(C2O4)2またはLiBF2C2O4のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とするリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記ゲル電解液の各組成成分の重量%含有量が、
不飽和二重結合を有するポリエチレングリコール化合物:0.5〜5%、
不飽和二重結合を有するエステル類モノマ:0.3〜10%、
シランカップリング剤:0.5〜5%、
熱開始剤:0.01〜2%、
リチウム塩を含む非水溶媒:80〜98%であり、
前記リチウム塩を含む非水溶媒中のリチウム塩の濃度が0.5M〜1.5Mであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。 - 前記不飽和二重結合を有するポリエチレングリコール化合物は、ポリエチレングリコールジアルキルアクリレート化合物であり、下記式:CH2=C(R)COO(CH2CH2O)n−COC(R)=CH2で表され、式中、n=1〜12、RはCH3またはC2H5を表すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記不飽和二重結合を有するポリエチレングリコール化合物の重量%含有量が0.8〜3.5%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記不飽和二重結合を有するエステル類モノマは、下記物質:(α−メチル)アクリル酸アルキルエステル、アルキルアクリレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記不飽和二重結合を有するエステル類モノマの重量%含有量が0.3〜8%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記シランカップリング剤は、下記式:CH2=C(R)−COO(CH2)n−Si−(OCH3)3で表され、式中、n=1〜3、RはHまたはCH3を表すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記シランカップリング剤の重量%含有量が0.5〜3%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記熱開始剤は下記物質:アゾビスイソブチロニトリル、過酸化ベンゾイル、ジ(4−t−ブチルシクロヘキシル)パーオキシジカーボネート、過酸化ラウロイル、ジイソプロピルパーオキシジカーボネートから選ばれる少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記熱開始剤の重量%含有量が0.02〜1.5%であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム塩を含む非水溶媒中の非水溶媒は、下記物質:エチレンカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネート、ブチレンカーボネート、1,2−ジメチルエチレンカーボネート、エチルブチルカーボネート、メチルブチルカーボネート、ジブチルカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート、ジメチルカーボネート、トリフルオロメチルエチレンカーボネート、ジ−n−プロピルカーボネート、ジイソプロピルカーボネート、メチルエチルカーボネート、エチルプロピルカーボネート、エチルイソプロピルカーボネート、メチルプロピルカーボネート、ジメトキシエタン、ジエトキシエタン、テトラヒドロフラン、2−メチルテトラヒドロフラン、ジエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、トリエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、テトラエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、1,3−ジオキソラン、ジメチルスルホキシド、スルホラン、4−メチル−1,3−ブチロラクトン、γ−ブチロラクトン、ギ酸メチル、ギ酸エチル、酢酸メチル、酢酸エチル、プロピオン酸メチル、プロピオン酸エチル、酪酸メチル、酪酸エチル、ビニレンカーボネート、プロパンスルトン、エチレンサルファイトから選ばれる少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記主塩が下記物質:LiPF6、LiBF4、LiClO4から選ばれる少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム塩を含む非水溶媒中のリチウム塩の濃度が0.8M〜1.35Mであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム塩を含む非水溶媒の重量%含有量が88〜98%であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池。
- 先ずリチウム塩を含む非水溶媒を準備するとともにこれを2部に分け、次いでこのうちの1部に前記熱開始剤を添加してむらなく攪拌し、リチウム電池用ゲル電解液成分Aを得て、同時に前記不飽和二重結合を有するエステル類モノマ、カップリング剤を他方の1部に添加してむらなく攪拌し、リチウム電池用ゲル電解液成分Bを得るものであり、作製されるゲル電解液は2液型パッケージであり、その成分Aおよび成分Bの重量百分率は1:1であることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池に含まれるゲル電解液の製造方法。
- 先ずリチウム塩を含む非水溶媒を準備するとともにこれを2部に分け、次いでこのうちの1部に前記熱開始剤を添加してむらなく攪拌し、リチウム電池用ゲル電解液成分Aを得て、同時に前記不飽和二重結合を有するエステル類モノマ、カップリング剤を他方の1部に添加してむらなく攪拌し、リチウム電池用ゲル電解液成分Bを得て、ゲル電解液の成分Aと成分Bを重量比1:1で混合し、均一な液体になるまで攪拌し、次いで攪拌した均一な液体を乾燥させた電池内に注入し、16〜24時間放置して、ゲル電解液を電池内部に十分に行き渡らせ、最後にin−situ熱重合によりゲル電解液電池を得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記in−situ熱重合はリチウム電池内における一括重合であり、重合温度は50〜70℃、重合時間は16〜48時間であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記in−situ熱重合はリチウム電池内における分割重合であり、2段階の温度を採用し、即ち高温で開始し低温で重合させ、ここで開始温度は60〜90℃、重合温度は40〜70℃であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記in−situ熱重合はリチウム電池内における分割重合であり、2段階の温度を採用し、即ち高温で開始し低温で重合させ、ここで開始時間は45〜90分、重合時間は8〜48時間であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のリン酸鉄リチウム二次電池の製造方法。
