Claims (2)
- ガラスシート材の反りを測定する方法であって、
ベースと、前記ベース上に配置され、複数の単位セルの繰り返しパターンで配列された複数の支持部材であって、前記ガラスシート材と前記複数の支持部材のいずれの支持部材との接触も点接触のみであるよう各支持部材が構成された前記複数の支持部材と、前記シート材の反りを測定するための、前記支持部材の上方に配置された距離測定センサとを備えた測定装置に前記ガラスシート材を配置する工程と、
前記複数の支持部材が、該支持部材の外周の径と等しいピッチを有する所定の配列に維持されるように、前記複数の支持部材の移動を、前記複数の支持部材を囲む枠からなる拘束装置により拘束する工程と、
前記ガラスシート材上の複数の位置において、前記距離測定センサから前記ガラスシート材の上面までの距離を測定する工程と、
前記測定された距離を用いて前記ガラスシート材の反りを決定する工程と
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記点接触間の距離が均一であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
