Description
(1) コネクタ端子の後部に電線の端末部が接続され、該電線の端末部が接続された部分が樹脂モールド部によって封止されるコネクタ端子の電線接続構造であって、
前記コネクタ端子の最後端部の下面と、それより前方の下面との間に、前記最後端部の下面がそれより前方の下面よりも高くなるような段差が設けられており、それにより、前記最後端部の下面の下側に、前記樹脂モールド部を構成する樹脂の充填可能な空所が確保され、
前記樹脂モールド部は、前記段差を含むように前記電線の端末部が接続された部分を封止すること。
(2) コネクタ端子の後部に電線の端末部が接続され、該電線の端末部が接続された部分が樹脂モールド部によって封止されるコネクタ端子の電線接続構造であって、
前記コネクタ端子の最後端部の下面と、それより前方の下面との間に、前記最後端部の下面がそれより前方の下面よりも高くなるような段差が設けられており、それにより、前記最後端部の下面の下側に、前記樹脂モールド部を構成する樹脂の充填可能な空所が確保され、
前記コネクタ端子は、前部に、相手方コネクタの端子等に対して接続するための電気接続部を有し、その後部に、電線の端末部の導体に圧着して接続される導体圧着部とその後側に配されて電線の端末部の絶縁被覆の付いた部分に加締められる被覆加締部とを有しており、
前記段差が、前記被覆加締部の下面と前記導体圧着部の下面との間に設けられていること。
上記(2)の構成のコネクタ端子の電線接続構造によれば、導体圧着部の下面と被覆加締部の下面との間に前記段差を設けたので、コネクタ端子の前端から導体圧着部までの長い区間の下面をフラットに保つことができ、コネクタハウジングの端子収容室にコネクタ端子を挿入した際に広い面積の下面を端子収容室の内底面に密着させることができ、コネクタ端子の納まりの安定性を保証することができる。
(3) コネクタ端子の後部に電線の端末部を配置し、該電線の端末部を配置した前記コネクタ端子の後部を、下型と上型を用いてプレスすることにより、前記コネクタ端子の後部のうちの前側に位置する導体圧着部を電線の端末部の導体に圧着すると共に、後側に位置する被覆加締部を電線の端末部の絶縁被覆の付いた部分に加締め、前記電線の端末部が加締め接続された部分を樹脂モールド部によって封止するコネクタ端子の電線接続構造の製造方法であって、
前記下型と上型を用いて前記コネクタ端子の後部を電線に圧着する際に、前記被覆加締部の下面と、前記導体圧着部の下面との間に、前記被覆加締部の下面の方が前記導体圧着部の下面よりも高くなるような段差を形成し、それにより、前記被覆加締部の下面の下側に、前記樹脂モールド部を構成する樹脂の充填可能な空所を確保すること。
尚、本発明において、コネクタ端子の相手方コネクタ端子等と接続する側を前方、電線と接続する側を後方とする。
を先に行い、圧着後のコネクタ端子10に対して段差dを設けるようにしてもよい。

Claims (3)
- コネクタ端子の後部に電線の端末部が接続され、該電線の端末部が接続された部分が樹脂モールド部によって封止されるコネクタ端子の電線接続構造であって、
前記コネクタ端子の最後端部の下面と、それより前方の下面との間に、前記最後端部の下面がそれより前方の下面よりも高くなるような段差が設けられており、それにより、前記最後端部の下面の下側に、前記樹脂モールド部を構成する樹脂の充填可能な空所が確保され、
前記樹脂モールド部は、前記段差を含むように前記電線の端末部が接続された部分を封止することを特徴とするコネクタ端子の電線接続構造。 - コネクタ端子の後部に電線の端末部が接続され、該電線の端末部が接続された部分が樹脂モールド部によって封止されるコネクタ端子の電線接続構造であって、
前記コネクタ端子の最後端部の下面と、それより前方の下面との間に、前記最後端部の下面がそれより前方の下面よりも高くなるような段差が設けられており、それにより、前記最後端部の下面の下側に、前記樹脂モールド部を構成する樹脂の充填可能な空所が確保されており、
前記コネクタ端子は、前部に、相手方コネクタの端子等に対して接続するための電気接続部を有し、その後部に、電線の端末部の導体に圧着して接続される導体圧着部とその後側に配されて電線の端末部の絶縁被覆の付いた部分に加締められる被覆加締部とを有しており、
前記段差が、前記被覆加締部の下面と前記導体圧着部の下面との間に設けられていることを特徴とするコネクタ端子の電線接続構造。 - コネクタ端子の後部に電線の端末部を配置し、該電線の端末部を配置した前記コネクタ端子の後部を、下型と上型を用いてプレスすることにより、前記コネクタ端子の後部のうちの前側に位置する導体圧着部を電線の端末部の導体に圧着すると共に、後側に位置する被覆加締部を電線の端末部の絶縁被覆の付いた部分に加締め、前記電線の端末部が加締め接続された部分を樹脂モールド部によって封止するコネクタ端子の電線接続構造の製造方法であって、
前記下型と上型を用いて前記コネクタ端子の後部を電線に圧着する際に、前記被覆加締部の下面と、前記導体圧着部の下面との間に、前記被覆加締部の下面の方が前記導体圧着部の下面よりも高くなるような段差を形成し、それにより、前記被覆加締部の下面の下側に、前記樹脂モールド部を構成する樹脂の充填可能な空所を確保することを特徴とするコネクタ端子の電線接続構造の製造方法。
