Description
Claims (5)
- 基板上に材料を押出/供給する装置であって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングで囲まれた、材料の流動を容易にする少なくとも3つのチャネルと、
材料を各チャネルに送出するために各チャネルと関連付けられた少なくとも1つの入口ポートと、
高アスペクト比の中心のラインを含むグリッドライン構造を作製すべく前記材料を同時押出/供給するための出口ポートと、を備えた装置であって、
前記高アスペクト比は、前記中心のラインの断面の幅に対する高さの比が大きいことを表し、
前記3つのチャネルは前記中心のチャネルと、前記中心のチャネルの両側に隣接する2つのチャネルであり、
前記3つのチャネルはそれぞれ始端と終端との間に延び
前記3つのチャネル各々の前記始端は対応する前記入口ポートに連通し、
前記ハウジングは、前記3つのチャネル各々の終端に連通する単一の容積領域を備え、前記単一の容積領域は前記出口ポートに連通し、
前記中心のチャネルと、前記中心のチャネルに隣接する2つのチャネルとが前記単一の容積領域の入口で収束し、
第1の材料が第1の入口ポートから前記中心のチャネルに供給され、
第2の材料が第2及び第3の入口ポートから前記中心のチャネルに隣接する2つのチャネルに供給され、
前記単一の容積領域で、前記第1の材料が前記第2の材料の一部によって横方向に挟まれて、単一の流れを形成し、
前記第1の材料及び前記第2の材料の単一の流れが、前記出口ポートから基板に押し出されて前記グリッドライン構造を基板表面に形成し、
前記グリッドライン構造は、前記第1の材料からなり前記基板表面に接する中心のラインと、前記第2の材料からなり前記中心のラインの両側に接する支持構造を備える、装置。 - 前記グリッドライン構造の中心のラインの寸法は約100ナノメートルから約100ミクロンである請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも3つのチャネルが前記チャネル内を流動する材料の層流を形成すべく前記ハウジング内を延出する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記グリッドライン構造の中心のラインは太陽電池のグリッド線もしくは燃料電池の電極である請求項1記載の装置。
- 直列配置、積層配置、マトリクス配置のいずれかにより相互に位置決めされた多数の塗布器を更に備えた請求項1記載の装置。
