Description
PCMマイクロカプセル100gを水1000mlに添加した。前記マイクロカプセルは、振動により分散された。次に、メタクリル酸グリシジルのモノマー及び過硫酸カリウムを、前記水に添加した。前記水を、90℃まで昇温して、この温度で2時間保持した。その後、前記マイクロカプセルを濾過し、洗浄し、オーブンで60℃で乾燥させた。
PCMマイクロカプセル100gを水1000mlに添加した。前記マイクロカプセルは、振動により分散された。次に、酸性のメタクリル酸モノマー及び過硫酸カリウムを、前記水に添加した。前記水を、90℃まで昇温して、この温度で2時間保持した。その後、前記マイクロカプセルを濾過し、洗浄し、オーブンで60℃で乾燥させた。
Claims (10)
- ユリアホルムアルデヒド、メラミンホルムアルデヒド、ポリアミド、又はキトサンの単独のシェル又は外側のシェルを有するマイクロカプセルを繊維に化学結合させる方法であって、
前記シェルのアミノ基又は水酸基を、二官能基化合物の第1官能基と反応させる工程と、
前記二官能基化合物の第2官能基を前記繊維と反応させ、前記マイクロカプセルを、前記二官能基化合物を介して、共有結合によって前記繊維に結合する工程とを備え、
前記二官能基化合物は、第1官能基及び第2官能基を有するものであり、
前記第1官能基は、エポキシ基、ハロゲンで置換されたアルキル基及びビニル基からなる群から選択された官能基であり、
前記第2官能基は、前記繊維と反応するために選択された官能基であることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記二官能基化合物の第1官能基及び第2官能基は、2つ以上のエポキシ基、−CO−(CH2)nCl基、エピクロルヒドリン又はその誘導体のエポキシ基、ジクロロトリアジン基又はトリクロロトリアジン基、及び−CO−CH=CHR基であって、Rは水素又はハロゲンであるものからなる群の内、少なくとも1つを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2官能基は、エポキシ基、ハロゲンで置換されたアルキル基及びビニル基からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記二官能基化合物はエピクロルヒドリンであり、かつ前記シェルに存在する前記アミノ基又は水酸基は、前記繊維に対する反応に不活性である残留エポキシ基を除く、前記エピクロルヒドリンの前記−CO−(CH2)nCl基と反応することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二官能基化合物は2以上のエポキシ基を備え、前記シェルに存在する前記アミノ基又は水酸基は、前記繊維に対する反応に不活性である残留エポキシ基を除く、前記エポキシ基の一つと反応することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二官能基化合物はエピクロルヒドリンであり、かつ前記シェルに存在する前記アミノ基又は水酸基は、前記繊維に対する反応に不活性である残留−CO−(CH2)nCl基を除く、前記エピクロルヒドリンの前記エポキシ基と反応することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シェルに存在する前記アミノ基又は水酸基は、塩素原子の一つが前記シェルの前記アミノ基又は水酸基との反応において置換され、かつ他の塩素原子が前記繊維との反応において置換された二官能基化合物のジクロロアジン基又はトリクロロアジン基と反応することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロカプセルは、吸尽工程により織物繊維に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロカプセルは、パジング工程により織物繊維に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロカプセルは、噴射工程により織物繊維に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
