Description
また、処理槽の入口部から底部、そして出口部にかけてマグネットシートを搬送自在に配設し、処理槽の底部に沈降してきた鉄粉をマグネットシートに付着させ、次いでマグネットシートを移動させて処理槽の外でスクレイパーにより鉄粉をマグネットシートより剥ぎ落とす装置が知られている(例えば、特許文献2参照)。
また、特許文献2に記載のような技術においては、鉄粉など磁性を有する異物は捕集できるが、マグネットシート上に沈降したその他の異物はマグネットシートの移動により舞い上がり、処理槽内の被処理物に付着する不具合が発生する。
また、本発明によれば、樋形状を有する鋼板部材により溝部の凹部と凸部を容易に形成することができ、異物を沈降堆積させることなく異物集積部側に流下させる処理液の流れを形成することができる。
また、本発明によれば、鋸形状を有する鋼板部材により溝部の凹部と凸部を容易に形成することができ、異物を沈降堆積させることなく異物集積部側に流下させる処理液の流れを形成することができる。
また、本発明によれば、異物集積部を、溝部の一端に設けたホッパまたは、鋼板部材の底部若しくは鋼板部材の谷部とすることにより、異物を確実に捕集することができる。
Claims (1)
- ワークを処理槽の処理液に浸漬することでワークから取り除かれる異物を処理槽内から除去する処理槽内の異物除去装置であって、前記処理槽の少なくとも底面にワーク搬送方向に沿って形成した複数の凹凸形状を有する溝部と、前記処理槽に設けた異物集積部と、この異物集積部を通って循環する処理液を前記処理槽に供給する処理液供給管と、この処理液供給管から分岐して前記溝部の凸部上に配設した複数の枝管と、これらの枝管の前記溝部の凹部中央に対向する部位に前記異物集積部に向けて設けた処理液吐出ノズルを備え、前記溝部の凹凸形状は、前記溝部の断面が、処理槽の幅方向に長径が位置し高さ方向に短径が位置し、長径と短径の比が1:1から8:1である楕円形状の一部により形成されるか、または前記溝部の凹部が谷部であり、凸部が山部であり、前記谷部の角度が90°〜165°である鋸形状より形成されたことを特徴とする処理槽内の異物除去装置。
