Description
Claims (3)
- ワークを浸漬する処理液を処理槽内で流動・攪拌させる処理槽であって、前記処理槽の底面にワーク搬送方向に沿って形成した複数の凹凸形状を有する溝部と、処理液を循環させて前記処理槽に供給する処理液供給管と、この処理液供給管から分岐して前記溝部の凸部上に配設した複数の枝管と、これらの枝管の前記溝部の凹部中央に対向する部位にワーク搬送方向の上流に向けて設けた処理液吐出ノズルを備え、前記溝部を処理層の端面まで延ばして溝部の端部の底部を異物集積部として構成し、前記各底部に対向する処理槽の端面に前記処理液供給管に連接する処理液循環管が接続される排出管が前記底部に連通すべく装着されていることを特徴とする処理槽。
- 前記溝部は樋形状を有する鋼板部材を並設して形成され、前記凹部は鋼板部材の底部であり、前記凸部は鋼板部材の山部である請求項1記載の処理槽。
- 前記溝部は鋸形状を有する鋼板部材を並設して形成され、前記凹部は鋼板部材の谷部であり、前記凸部は鋼板部材の山部である請求項1記載の処理槽。
