Description
従来の異物除去としては、処理液に浸漬させた車体を処理液の対向流に抗して移動させ、超音波及び洗浄液の高圧噴射を用いて異物を除去するようにしている。そして、車体から除去された異物は、洗浄槽の底部に設けられた抜き取り口より洗浄液と共に抜き取られ、洗浄液再生装置で洗浄液から異物を分離し、洗浄液を再利用することが知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
また、洗浄槽内の洗浄液には比重の異なる雑多な異物が混入し、一部は槽底に沈降し、一部は中層に浮遊し、一部は上層に浮遊する。例えば、比重の大きな鉄粉についても比較的大きなものは槽底に沈降するが、極めて小さな鉄粉は繊維などと共に洗浄液内に浮遊する。そして、洗浄液内に浮遊する異物は、洗浄槽内で異物を除去された車体に再付着し、後工程の電着工程で塗装不良を引き起こすという不具合がある。
Claims (5)
- 搬送されてくるワークを処理液に浸漬して処理する処理槽における処理液濾過装置であって、処理槽のワーク搬出側の表層処理液を回収する第1回収部と、処理槽のワーク搬入側の中層処理液を回収する第2回収部と、処理槽のワーク搬入側底面の底層処理液を回収する第3回収部と、処理槽の少なくとも底面に配設されワーク搬送方向と逆方向且つ底面を指向した処理液吐出ノズルと、処理槽の両側面に配設されワーク搬送方向と逆方向且つワークを指向した処理液吐出ノズルと、前記第1回収部乃至第3回収部で回収された処理液から異物を夫々分離する分離手段と、これらの分離手段で分離された異物を主に貯留する分離槽と、この分離槽に貯留された異物と処理液から異物のみを分離して排出する排出手段を備え、前記第1回収部には比重の軽い小さな異物が浮遊するワーク搬入側から搬出側に向かう表層処理液を引き込む開口部が設けられ、前記第2回収部は比較的比重の小さな異物を含むワーク搬出側から搬入側に向かう中層処理液を回収すると共に前記表層処理液をワークの搬出側に向けた流れに反転させる壁面を有する分離部が設けられ、前記第3回収部には比較的比重の大きな異物を含むワーク搬出側から搬入側に向かう底層処理液を回収するホッパが設けられ、このホッパの搬入側に前記第2回収部の分離部が接続されていることを特徴とする処理槽における処理液濾過装置。
- 前記分離槽は、分離手段に接続され、貯留された異物と処理液から異物のみを分離する請求項1記載の処理槽における処理液濾過装置。
- 少なくとも前記第2回収部と前記第3回収部は、2つ以上が縦列接続してなる分離手段に接続されている請求項1又は2記載の処理槽における処理液濾過装置。
- 前記分離手段は、サイクロン機構を有する請求項1、2又は3記載の処理槽における処理液濾過装置。
- 前記処理槽の少なくとも底面にワーク搬送方向に沿って複数の凹凸形状を有する溝部を形成し、前記底面を指向した処理液吐出ノズルは前記溝部の凹部中央に対向する部位に配設される請求項1、2、3又は4記載の処理槽における処理液濾過装置。
