Description
本発明に用いる(A)ポリエステル樹脂は、従来公知の任意のポリエステル樹脂を使用できるが、中でも芳香族ポリエステル樹脂が好ましい。ここで芳香族ポリエステル樹脂とは、芳香環を重合体の連鎖単位に有するポリエステル樹脂を示し、例えば、芳香族ジカルボン酸成分と、ジオール(および/またはそのエステルやハロゲン化物)成分とを主成分とし、これらを重縮合して得られる重合体または共重合体である。
本発明においては、(B)重量平均分子量2000以上、酸価が1mgKOH/gを超えて10mgKOH/g未満の変性ポリオレフィン樹脂を、(A)ポリエステル樹脂100重量部に対して、0.05〜2重量部含有する。
尚、本発明に用いる(B)変性ポリオレフィン樹脂においては、二種以上の変性ポリオレフィンを任意の割合で用いてもよい。この際、用いる全ての(B)変性ポリオレフィン樹脂全体の重量平均分子量が2000以上となれば、2000未満のものを用いてもよい。
以下に、本発明のポリエステル樹脂組成物に添加してもよい、他の構成成分について、説明する。
本発明のポリエステル樹脂組成物においては、さらに、耐熱性、成形サイクルの改善のため、微粉末フィラーを含有することが好ましい。微粉末フィラーとしては、具体的には例えば、シリカ、カオリン、焼成カオリン、ゼオライト、石英、タルク、マイカ、クレー、ハイドロタルサイト、雲母、黒鉛、ガラスビーズ、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸カルシウム、炭酸バリウム、硫酸バリウム、炭酸マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム、珪酸カルシウム、酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛、酸化マグネシウム、酸化珪素、チタン酸カルシウム、チタン酸マグネシウム、チタン酸バリウム等が挙げられる。これらは単独で、または2種以上を任意の割合で併用してもよい。また微粉末フィラーは、必要に応じて表面処理が施されていてもよい。
本発明においては、(D)有機リン化合物を、(A)ポリエステル樹脂100重量部に対して0.01〜1重量部含有することが好ましい。有機リン化合物を含有することで、例えば上述の様に、複数種のポリエステル樹脂を用いる際に生ずるエステル交換反応を制御し、また耐熱性を維持し易くなるので好ましい。
これらの添加剤の含量は、本発明のポリエステル樹脂組成物の10重量%以下であることが好ましい。
(1)ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT):三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス(MEP)社製ノバデュラン5008 [η]=0.85dl/g、末端カルボキシル基量20μeq/g、Mn20,000
(6)酸化ポリエチレンワックス:クラリアント社製リコワックス 分子量5500、酸価3〜5mgKOH/g (酸化ポリエチレンワックス(クラリアント社製リコワックスPED522、分子量3100、酸価22〜28mgKOH/g)と、ポリエチレンワックス(クラリアント社製リコワックスPE520、分子量6000、酸価0mgKOH/g)との混合物)
無水マレイン酸、ラジカル発生剤、およびポリエチレンワックス(三洋化成社製サンワックス171P)とを、よく混合し、150℃設定の押出機で混連してポリエチレンワックスの無水マレイン酸グラフト変性を行った。冷却後、粉砕した。得られた変性ポリエチレンワックスの分子量は900、酸価11mgKOH/gであった。
(12)焼成カオリン:ENGELHARD社製 ウルトレックス98 平均粒子径0.75μm 吸油量90ml/100g
(12')タルク:林化成社製 ミセルトン 平均粒子径1.4μm、吸油量50ml/100g
(13)オキシエチルアシッドホスフェート:城北化学社製 JP−502
(14)ステアリン酸ホスフェート:旭電化社製 AX−71
樹脂成形体離型ムラ模様:
後述する方法により作製した樹脂成形体の表面の離型ムラ模様の有無を目視により観察し、以下に示す判断基準で評価した。
○:離型ムラ模様がまったくみられない。
△:離型ムラ模様が極僅かに観られるが、実用範囲内と判断される。
×:離型ムラ模様がかなり認められた。
後述する方法により作製したアルミ蒸着を行った光反射体に対して、目視にて観察し、以下に示すA〜Eの基準により、外観を評価した。次いで光反射体を熱風乾燥機(ヤマト科学社製送風定温恒温器DN−43)で160℃、24時間および180℃、24時間の2条件で加熱処理後の試料についても同様に目視にて評価した。
B:高い輝度感を有するが反射像は多少ぼやける。熱処理後は曇りが多少みられた。
C:高い輝度感を有するものの反射像はぼやける。熱処理後は曇りがみられた。
D:表面が均一でなく反射像は歪んで見える。熱処理後は曇りがみられた。
E:表面が均一でなく反射像を認識できない。熱処理後は曇りが酷く、表面が白化した。
後述する方法により作製したアルミ蒸着した試料を熱風乾燥機で180℃、24時間加熱処理した試料を分光測色計(コニカミノルタ社製CM−3600d)にて反射率を測定した。
後述する方法により作製したアルミ蒸着した試料を熱風乾燥機で180℃、24時間加熱処理した後、アルミ蒸着面にナイフで傷を入れ、その上からセロハンテープを貼り付け、そのセロハンテープをはがした時の接着性を以下に示す基準により評価した。
△:アルミ蒸着膜の剥がれが多少みられる。
×:アルミ蒸着膜剥がれが著しい。
ポリエステル樹脂、変性ポリオレフィン樹脂、微粒子フィラー、およびその他の添加剤を、表1の組成で十分にドライブレンドした後、250℃に設定した2軸スクリュウ押出機を用い、15Kg/時間の押出速度でペレット化した。
Claims (15)
- 表面に光反射層を設ける光反射体基体用ポリエステル樹脂組成物であって、該組成物が(A)ポリエステル樹脂100重量部、(B)重量平均分子量2000以上、酸価が1mgKOH/gを超えて10mgKOH/g未満である変性ポリオレフィン樹脂0.05〜2重量部を含むことを特徴とする、ポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- (B)変性ポリオレフィン樹脂が、酸化ポリエチレンワックスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- さらに、(C)平均粒子径が10μm以下の微粉末フィラーを、(A)ポリエステル樹脂100重量部に対して0.1〜50重量部含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- (C)微粉末フィラーの吸油量が30ml/100g以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- さらに(D)有機リン化合物を、(A)ポリエステル樹脂100重量部に対して0.01〜1重量部含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- (A)ポリエステル樹脂の少なくとも1種が、芳香族ポリエステル樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- (A)ポリエステル樹脂が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリプロピレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリエチレンナフタレート樹脂、ポリブチレンナフタレート樹脂、ポリ(シクロヘキサン−1,4−ジメチレン−テレフタレート)樹脂およびポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂から選択される少なくとも1種以上である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- (A)ポリエステル樹脂の少なくとも1種が、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- (A)ポリエステル樹脂の、100〜40重量%がポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂であり、0〜60重量%がポリブチレンテレフタレート以外のポリエステル樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂の末端カルボキシル基量が、60μeq/g以下であることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- (A)ポリエステル樹脂の固有粘度が0.6〜1.4dl/gであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- (B)変性ポリオレフィン樹脂の酸価が2〜9mgKOH/gである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物を成形してなる光反射体基体。
- 請求項13に記載の光反射体基体の表面に光反射層を設けてなる光反射体。
- 光反射層が蒸着金属膜であって、該金属蒸着膜が光反射体基体表面と接していることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の光反射体。
