Abstract
Description
実施形態で使用する炭酸カルシウムは、必要に応じて、表面処理されていてもよい。表面処理としては、脂肪酸や樹脂酸などの有機酸による表面処理、シリカ処理、縮合リン酸処理、シラン系処理剤や有機チタネート等による処理が挙げられる。これらの表面処理は、併用されていてもよい。シラン系処理剤としては、シランカップリング剤、有機ケイ素化合物単量体(モノマー)、変性シリコーンオイルやこれらの低重合体(オリゴマー)等が挙げられる。
ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂(ノバデュラン、三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス株式会社)100質量部と炭酸カルシウム(白石工業株式会社)10質量部とを配合し、ブレンダーで均一に混合した後、シリンダー温度250℃で二軸押出機に投入し、ポリエステル樹脂組成物のペレットを得た。得られたペレットを射出成形機で射出成形して、基材となる平板成形品(60mm×60mm×2mm)を得た。得られた成形品をダイヤモンドカッターまたはガラスカッターで断面を形成し、断面を光学顕微鏡で観察した。断面に凝集物があるかどうかを目視により評価した。評価は、以下の4段階:凝集物が認められない:A、凝集物がわずかに認められる:B、凝集物が認められる:C、凝集物が多数認められる:Dにより行った。
ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂(ノバデュラン、三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス株式会社)100質量部と炭酸カルシウム(白石工業株式会社)10質量部とを配合し、ブレンダーで均一に混合した後、シリンダー温度250℃で二軸押出機に投入し、ポリエステル樹脂組成物のペレットを得た。得られたペレットを射出成形機で射出成形して、基材となる平板成形品(60mm×60mm×2mm)を得た。この際、射出成形用の金型として、#3000番のやすりにより研磨した鏡面を片面に持つ金型を使用し、成形時のシリンダー温度260℃、金型温度60℃、成形サイクルタイム40秒間とした。ちなみに、この成形条件は、成形品の表面に無機フィラー浮きが生じやすい、低速射出速度条件である。得られた成形品の鏡面側の表面を観察し、無機フィラーの浮きによる不良(白化、表面の荒れ)があるかどうか目視により評価した。評価は以下の4段階:白化、表面の荒れが認められない:A、白化、表面の荒れがわずかに認められる:B、白化、表面の荒れが認められる:C、白化、表面の荒れが多数認められる:Dにより行った。
上記の成形品表面の外観評価を行った成形品の鏡面側の表面にアルミニウムを蒸着させた。アルミニウムの蒸着は、実験用小型蒸着装置(アルバック社)を用いた真空蒸着法により行い、厚み80nmのアルミニウム層を形成した。光沢度の測定は、日本工業規格JIS Z 8741鏡面光沢度測定方法に準拠した平行光方式の光沢計を使用して行った。

- 樹脂材料と、炭酸カルシウムと、を含む基材と、
該基材の表面に設けられた金属層と
を備える、光反射体であって、
該樹脂材料が、ポリエステル樹脂組成物、ポリアリレート樹脂組成物、およびこれらの混合樹脂組成物からなる群より選択され、
該炭酸カルシウムのBET比表面積が1〜14m2/グラムであり、
水銀圧入法により、該炭酸カルシウムの細孔分布を測定して得られる細孔分布曲線において、粒子間空隙径を表すピークのトップが、細孔径0.1〜1.0μmの範囲にあり、
電子顕微鏡を用いて、該炭酸カルシウムの粒径分布を測定して得られる粒径分布において、粒径0.1μm以下の該炭酸カルシウムの粒子の割合が9.5%以下であり、
