Description
接着層(19a、19b)を介して接着する。用いる接着剤に特別な限定はないが、例えば熱硬化性の樹脂を用いることができる。接着後は切断等の工程を経た後、コイルの引出線の部分に外部電極を設けてコイル部品を得る。
Claims (16)
- 絶縁層を介して積層された複数のコイル線路を有するコイル部材が、六方晶フェライト基板によって挟まれており、前記六方晶フェライト基板はフェライト結晶粒のc軸方位に異方性を有し、
前記コイル部材のコイル軸方向が前記コイル部材を挟む方向であり、
前記六方晶フェライト基板は、前記コイル部材を挟む方向の初透磁率が、前記コイル部材を挟む方向に垂直な方向の初透磁率よりも大きいことを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 前記六方晶フェライト基板は、前記コイル部材を挟む方向に垂直な一の方向の初透磁率が前記コイル部材を挟む方向の初透磁率と略等しく、前記コイル部材を挟む方向に垂直な他の方向の初透磁率が前記コイル部材を挟む方向の初透磁率よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記六方晶フェライト基板は、結晶方位のc軸が一の面内方向に配向しており、前記一の面内方向は前記コイル部材を挟む方向に直角であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記結晶方位のc軸が、前記一の面内方向のうち一方向に配向していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイル部材は、前記コイル部材を挟む方向から見た形状が略矩形または略楕円形であり、前記一方向は、前記コイル部材の矩形長手方向または楕円長手方向であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイル部材が、前記六方晶フェライト基板が前記コイル部材を挟む方向に垂直な方向に複数並設されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイル部材が、前記六方晶フェライト基板が前記コイル部材を挟む方向に垂直な一方向に複数並設されるとともに、前記六方晶フェライト基板は結晶方位のc軸が前記コイル部材を挟む方向に直角の面内方向に配向していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイル部材が、前記六方晶フェライト基板が前記コイル部材を挟む方向に垂直な一方向に複数並設されるとともに、前記六方晶フェライト基板は結晶方位のc軸が前記一方向に配向していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記六方晶フェライト基板はZ型フェライトであり、前記コイル部材を挟む方向の、1GHzでの初透磁率が14以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイル部品はコモンモードフィルタであり、1GHzでのコモンモードノイズの減衰量が14dB以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 所定のパターンの導電体を印刷した絶縁材料グリーンシートを積層して積層体を得る工程と、前記積層体を焼結してコイル部材を得る工程と、六方晶フェライトの焼結体を前記コイル部材の上下に接着する工程とを有し、
前記六方晶フェライトは磁化容易面を持ち、該六方晶フェライトの焼結体は、六方晶フェライト粉末を一方向磁界中で成形して得られた成形体を焼結して得られるものであり、
前記六方晶フェライトの焼結体における前記磁界の印加方向が、前記コイル部材を挟む方向となるように配置する、ことを特徴とするコイル部品の製造方法。 - 所定のパターンの導電体を印刷した絶縁材料グリーンシートを積層して積層体を得る工程と、前記積層体を焼結してコイル部材を得る工程と、六方晶フェライトの焼結体を前記コイル部材の上下に接着する工程とを有し、
前記六方晶フェライトは磁化容易面を持ち、該六方晶フェライトの焼結体は、六方晶フェライト粉末を回転磁界中で成形して得られた成形体を焼結して得られるものであり、
前記六方晶フェライトの焼結体における前記磁界の印加方向が、前記コイル部材を挟む方向となるように配置する、ことを特徴とするコイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記コイル部材のコイルパターンの内側および外側のうち少なくとも一方に前記コイル部材を積層方向に貫通する貫通孔を設け、前記貫通孔への磁性体の充填と前記接着とを磁性体を含む接着剤で行うことを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 所定のパターンの導電体を印刷した絶縁材料グリーシートを積層して積層体を得る工程と、前記積層体を六方晶フェライトの焼結体で挟んだ状態で焼結する工程とを有するコイル部品の製造方法であって、
前記六方晶フェライトは磁化容易面を持ち、該六方晶フェライトの焼結体は、六方晶フェライト粉末を一方向磁界中または回転磁界中で成形して得られるものであり、
前記六方晶フェライトの焼結体における前記磁界の印加方向が、前記コイル部材を挟む方向となるように配置する、ことを特徴とするコイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記絶縁材料グリーシートの、前記コイル部材のコイルパターンとなる部分の内側および外側のうち少なくとも一部に、磁性体を含有するペーストを用いて磁性層を印刷し、各絶縁材料グリーシートを印刷された前記磁性層を対置させて積層して積層体を得ることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記積層体において、前記コイル部品のコイルパターンとなる部分の内側および外側のうち少なくとも一方に貫通孔を設け、該貫通孔に磁性体を含有するペーストを充填したのち、焼結することを特徴とする請求項11、12、または14に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
