Claims (10)
- 六方晶Z型フェライトのフェライト焼結体であって、17〜21mol%のBaO、6〜13mol%のCoO、残部Fe2O3を主成分とし、前記主成分に対してLiをLi2CO3換算で0.05〜1.0質量%、SiをSiO2換算で0.05〜0.5質量%含有するフェライト焼結体。
- 前記フェライト焼結体中のZ型フェライト相とスピネル型フェライト相の全体に対するスピネル型フェライト相の割合が、前記フェライト焼結体断面における面積比率で5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 前記主成分が18.2〜19.8mol%のBaO、8〜11.5mol%のCoO、残部Fe2O3であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 焼結体密度が4.95×103kg/m3以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 焼結体断面の平均結晶粒径が20μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 100kHzでの初透磁率μiが14以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 前記主成分に対してMnをMn3O4換算で0.05〜5質量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 100kHzでの初透磁率μiが15以上、かつ体積抵抗率ρが104Ω・m以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 混合した原料粉を仮焼する仮焼工程と、前記仮焼工程で得られた仮焼粉を粉砕する粉砕工程と、前記粉砕工程で得られた粉砕粉を成形する成形工程と、前記成形工程で得られた成形体を焼成し六方晶Z型フェライトの焼結体を得る焼結工程とを有するフェライト焼結体の製造方法であって、前記フェライト焼結体は、17〜21mol%のBaO、6〜13mol%のCoO、残部Fe2O3を主成分とし、前記主成分に対してLiをLi2CO3換算で0.05〜1.0質量%、SiをSiO2換算で0.05〜0.5質量%含有するとともに、前記仮焼工程を大気中、950〜1150℃の条件で行うフェライト焼結体の製造方法。
- 前記仮焼工程で得られた仮焼粉が実質的に六方晶M型フェライト相および六方晶Y型フェライト相の2相であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のフェライト焼結体の製造方法。
