Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、六方晶Baフェライト結晶と、Ca、SrおよびBaから選ばれる1種以上の元素およびTiを含有するペロブスカイト型結晶と、Liとを含有し、1GHzにおける比透磁率が1.4以上であることを特徴とする磁性体と誘電体との複合焼結体である。

Claims (8)
- 六方晶Baフェライト結晶と、Ca、SrおよびBaから選ばれる1種以上の元素およびTiを含有するペロブスカイト型結晶と、Liとを含有し、1GHzにおける比透磁率が1.4以上であることを特徴とする磁性体と誘電体との複合焼結体。
- 主組成が前記六方晶Baフェライト結晶55〜95体積%と前記ペロブスカイト型結晶5〜45体積%とからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁性体と誘電体との複合焼結体。
- さらにガラスを含み、該ガラスがSi、Ca、BaおよびLiを含むとともに実質的にAlおよびBを含まないことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の磁性体と誘電体との複合焼結体。
- 前記六方晶Baフェライト結晶のうちの主結晶がY型六方晶Baフェライト結晶であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の磁性体と誘電体との複合焼結体。
- 前記ペロブスカイト型結晶がBaTiO3であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の磁性体と誘電体との複合焼結体。
- 前記ペロブスカイト型結晶がCaTiO3あるいはSrTiO3であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の磁性体と誘電体との複合焼結体。
- BaAl2Si2O8結晶、BaB2O4結晶、ZnAl2O4結晶およびCaAl2Si2O8結晶を実質的に含まないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載の磁性体と誘電体との複合焼結体。
- 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれかに記載の磁性体と誘電体との複合焼結体からなる絶縁基体の内部または表面にコンデンサ回路およびインダクタ回路が形成されていることを特徴とするLC複合電子部品。
