Description
Claims (7)
- 周囲センサシステムからの周囲に関するデータが、障害物との差し迫る衝突に関して連続的に評価され(1)、衝突が避けられない場合には、自動非常制動が始動され(6)、前記非常制動が、予め定義された事象(7;11)が発生するまで維持される、車両内のセーフティシステムのための方法であって、
前記周囲に関するデータから計算される衝突時間を決定し、
前記非常制動を前記衝突時間まで維持し(6)、
センサシステムから衝撃を感知し(7)、前記衝突時間後の予め定められた時間ウィンドウ内に衝突を表す衝撃が感知された場合には、前記非常制動(6)を維持し、
前記衝撃が感知された後に(9)、加速度センサの加速度信号を感知し、前記衝突の終了が前記加速度信号から推測される場合には、前記非常制動を解除することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記周囲に関するデータから事前に計算される前記衝突時間後の予め定められた時間ウィンドウ内に前記衝突の発生がない場合(7)、制動工程が中止される(8)ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 非常制動の終了後に、事故に関して高い深刻度を有する衝撃が検出された場合、制動工程が、前記非常制動と比較して軽減された制動効果を有して継続される(10)ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記衝突の発生(7)が、接触センサシステム、分離された加速度センサ、又は変形センサにより、及び/又はエアバッグ制御ユニットの加速度センサにより検出されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 走行力学に関して、危機的な運転状況が存在する、及び/又は制限速度を超えた場合、非常制動(6)が抑制されるか又は軽減された制動効果のみで行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 問い合わせにより、車両内のすべての乗員がシートベルトにより保護されていないことが判明した場合、非常制動(6)が抑制されるか又は軽減された制動効果のみで行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 非常制動(6)と同時に、可逆的な保護手段が稼動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
