前記有底盲孔(2)の入口(3)の周囲の領域に前記固定要素(6)側に設けられている係合形状部に対する相補的な形状で互いに嵌合する少なくとも一つの凹凸形状部が設けられ、
前記凹凸形状部の回転度位置は、前記有底盲孔(2)のネジ形状部に対して、前記係合形状部への嵌合がプラスチック材の弾性変形範囲内による部品同士を回転動作させることにより生成される軸方向の引張り力に対して対抗可能となるように選択されることを特徴とする。

Claims (11)
- 壁部に少なくとも一つの凹部を有し、この凹部が該凹部に対して相補的な形状の固定要素(6)を収容するための少なくとも一つのネジ形状部(4)を有する有底盲孔(2)として形成されている熱可塑性プラスチック製の押出ブロー成形品(1)であって、
前記有底盲孔(2)の入口(3)の周囲の領域に前記固定要素(6)側に設けられている係合形状部に対する相補的な形状で互いに嵌合する少なくとも一つの凹凸形状部が設けられ、
前記凹凸形状部の回転度位置は、前記有底盲孔(2)のネジ形状部に対して、前記係合形状部への嵌合がプラスチック材の弾性変形範囲内による部品同士を回転動作させることにより生成される軸方向の引張り力に対して対抗可能となるように選択されることを特徴とする押出ブロー成形品。 - 有底盲孔の入口(3)の周辺の端面に互いに離間して配置された複数の凹凸形状部としてのスナップイン凹部(16)が、固定要素(6)側の対応する相補的な係合形状部としてのスナップイン凸部(15)と嵌合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出ブロー成形品。
- 前記有底盲孔(2)のコア内径(8)が、前記固定要素(6)のネジ付きステム(17)の少なくとも部分的にネジ部の無いシャンク部に隣接して形成されたコア外径(8)に対応して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の押出ブロー成形品。
- 有底盲孔(2)の入口(3)が該有底盲孔のコア内径(8)より大きい内径を有し、この入口(3)の開口面形状が非回転対称形状であって、固定要素(6)のシャンク部がその長手方向の少なくとも一部に亘って有底盲孔(2)の入口(3)の開口面形状に一致する断面外形を有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の押出ブロー成形品。
- 有底盲孔(2)が二つネジ形状部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の押出ブロー成形品。
- 有底盲孔のネジ形状部(4)が30度以上のピッチ角を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の押出ブロー成形品。
- 単一部品構造で閉じた容器又は自動車用燃料タンクの形態を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の押出ブロー成形品。
- 有底盲孔(2)が前記容器又はタンクの外壁面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の押出ブロー成形品。
- 可塑化された熱可塑性プラスチックからなるパリソンをブロー成形用分割金型内に押し出し、前記金型内に配置されて該金型のキャビティ内に対して伸長・退避可能な少なくとも一つのモールドコアを併用して前記金型内で前記パリソンを膨張させることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の押出ブロー成形品を製造する方法。
- モールドコアとして複数の分割コアからなる多分割モールドコアを用い、該多分割モールドコアの少なくとも一部の形状が前記固定要素の外形に対応していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記パリソンをキャビティ内で伸長状態のモールドコアに対抗して膨張させ、前記成形品の成形直後又は金型からの前記成形品の取り出し中に前記モールドコアを取り除くことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
