本发明涉及机械零件技术领域,尤其是涉及一种便捷式灯具安装螺钉。一种便捷式灯具安装螺钉,包括外螺钉和内螺钉,所述的外螺钉包括外螺杆,所述的外螺杆的一端设置有外螺钉头,所述的外螺杆上设置有自攻牙纹,外螺钉头和外螺杆内设置有中空腔,所述的内螺钉包括具有外螺纹的内螺杆,所述的内螺杆的一端设置有内螺钉头,所述的内螺杆与中空腔配合设置。本发明将灯具安装到木板或石膏板等材质上时能够省时省力,而且拆卸方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械零件技术领域,尤其是涉及一种便捷式灯具安装螺钉。
背景技术
目前市场上将灯具固定安装在木板或石膏板等材质上时必须使用冲击钻打孔且孔内需填充膨胀管,该安装操作不仅费时费力,而且拆卸不便。
如图8所示为传统灯具安装方式示意图,在将灯具安装支架18安装到木板上时,不仅需要用到冲击钻来预先在木板上打孔,而且还需要在孔内填充膨胀管19,导致安装时不仅费时费力,而且拆卸不便。
发明内容
本发明主要是针对现有技术中将灯具安装到木板或石膏板等材质上时不仅费时费力,而且拆卸不便的问题,提供一种将灯具安装到木板或石膏板等材质上时能够省时省力,而且拆卸方便的便捷式灯具安装螺钉。
本发明的目的主要是通过下述方案得以实现的:一种便捷式灯具安装螺钉,包括外螺钉和内螺钉,所述的外螺钉包括外螺杆,所述的外螺杆的一端设置有外螺钉头,所述的外螺杆上设置有自攻牙纹,外螺钉头和外螺杆内设置有中空腔,所述的内螺钉包括具有外螺纹的内螺杆,所述的内螺杆的一端设置有内螺钉头,所述的内螺杆与中空腔配合设置。外螺钉包括外螺杆,外螺杆的一端设置有外螺钉头,外螺杆上设置有自攻牙纹,自攻牙纹的设计可使此螺钉更加轻松地攻入木板内,且极其牢固,外螺钉头和外螺杆内设置有中空腔,内螺钉包括具有外螺纹的内螺杆,内螺杆的一端设置有内螺钉头,内螺杆与中空腔配合设置,在安装灯具时,工作人员先用一把与外螺钉头相配合的螺丝刀将外螺钉拧入木板上,然后将灯具安装支架上的孔对应外螺钉头上的中空腔放置,工作人员再将内螺钉上的内螺杆穿过安装支架并放到中空腔的开口处,随后工作人员通过与内螺钉头相配合的螺丝刀旋转内螺钉并将内螺钉旋入中空腔内,最终使得灯具安装支架被固定在外螺钉头与内螺钉头之间,操作十分简单,仅需一把普通的螺丝刀便可完成整个安装步骤,拆卸也十分方便,易装易取出。
作为优选,所述的中空腔内设置有与内螺杆相配合的腔内筋。中空腔内设置有与内螺杆相配合的腔内筋,腔内筋的设置能够提高外螺钉与内螺钉连接时的稳固性。
作为优选,所述的腔内筋的数量为四个,四个腔内筋均匀分布在中空腔内。腔内筋的数量为四个,四个腔内筋均匀分布在中空腔内,使得内螺钉能够更稳定的固定在中空腔内。

作为优选,还包括锁紧杆,所述的内螺钉头和内螺杆上设置有与锁紧杆相配合的锁紧腔,所述的锁紧杆的一端设置有锁紧头,所述的锁紧杆的另一端的两侧对应设置有容纳槽,所述的容纳槽内设置有限位杆,所述的限位杆的顶端转动连接在锁紧杆上,位于两个限位杆之间的锁紧杆上设置有扩张孔,两个限位杆之间通过穿过扩张孔的扩张弹簧连接,所述的中空腔的顶端设置有位于外螺杆内并与限位杆相配合的顶腔。还包括锁紧杆,内螺钉头和内螺杆上设置有与锁紧杆相配合的锁紧腔,锁紧杆能够在锁紧腔内滑动,锁紧杆的一端设置有锁紧头,锁紧杆的另一端的两侧对应设置有容纳槽,容纳槽内设置有限位杆,限位杆的顶端转动连接在锁紧杆上,两个限位杆的顶端均通过一转轴铰接在锁紧杆上,限位杆能够沿着转轴处转动,位于两个限位杆之间的锁紧杆上设置有扩张孔,两个限位杆之间通过穿过扩张孔的扩张弹簧连接,中空腔的顶端设置有位于外螺杆内并与限位杆相配合的顶腔,将灯具安装支架固定在内螺钉与外螺钉之间以后,工作人员先握紧两个限位杆,使得两个限位杆克服扩张弹簧的弹簧力后被限制在容纳槽内,然后将锁紧杆上具有限位杆的一端移入锁紧腔内,当限位杆完全进入顶腔内时,此时没有外力限制扩张弹簧的弹簧力,因此在弹力作用下,使得两个限位杆转动并张开,然后限位杆的底部会抵在顶腔的底面上,此时锁紧头也刚好抵在内螺钉头上,从而使得内螺钉不易脱离外螺钉,能使得灯具安装支架更稳固地被固定住。
作为优选,所述的锁紧头的直径大于内螺钉头的直径。锁紧头的直径大于内螺钉头的直径,使得锁紧头能更有效地将内螺钉夹紧。
作为优选,所述的顶腔呈锥形。顶腔呈锥形,加工方便,并且与限位杆展开时的形状相匹配,便于限位杆在扩张弹簧的弹簧力作用下的扩张展开。
因此,本发明的一种便捷式灯具安装螺钉具备下述优点:本发明结构简单,操作便捷,将灯具安装到木板或石膏板等材质上时能够省时省力,而且拆卸方便,生产便捷,成本低,灯具安装支架能较为稳定地被固定住,安装寿命长。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:
如图1、2、3、4、5、7所示,一种便捷式灯具安装螺钉,包括外螺钉16和内螺钉17,外螺钉16包括外螺杆4,外螺杆4的一端设置有外螺钉头1,外螺杆4上设置有自攻牙纹3,自攻牙纹3的设计可使此螺钉更加轻松地攻入木板15内,且极其牢固,外螺杆4远离外螺钉头1的一端为尖锐端,外螺杆4上靠近尖锐端处设置有排屑筋2,尖锐端的设置便于将外螺钉攻入木板15内,排屑筋2呈长条状,排屑筋2的设置能够在木板15内钻一个孔,该孔能够容纳碎屑,还能够防止把木板15打裂,如果没有排屑筋2,外螺钉直接往木板15里面攻入时,木板15容易碎裂,外螺杆4上的各个自攻牙纹3的径向长度依次往远离外螺钉头1方向逐渐减小,便于外螺钉拧入木板15内,外螺钉被固定在木板15上时,主要是靠径向长度较大的自攻牙纹3来提供紧固力,该结构的设置使得外螺钉能更稳定的固定在木板15上,外螺钉为铝合金压铸成型,生产便捷,成本低;外螺钉头1和外螺杆4内设置有中空腔7,内螺钉17包括具有外螺纹的内螺杆8,内螺杆8的一端设置有内螺钉头9,内螺杆8与中空腔7配合设置,中空腔7内设置有与内螺杆8相配合的腔内筋6,腔内筋6的设置能够提高外螺钉与内螺钉连接时的稳固性,腔内筋6的数量为四个,四个腔内筋6均匀分布在中空腔7内,使得内螺钉能够更稳定的固定在中空腔7内;在安装灯具时,工作人员先用一把与外螺钉头1相配合的螺丝刀将外螺钉16拧入木板15上,然后将灯具安装支架18上的孔对应外螺钉头1上的中空腔7放置,工作人员再将内螺钉17上的内螺杆8穿过安装支架并放到中空腔7的开口处,随后工作人员通过与内螺钉头9相配合的螺丝刀旋转内螺钉并将内螺钉旋入中空腔7内,最终使得灯具安装支架18被固定在外螺钉头1与内螺钉头9之间,操作十分简单,仅需一把普通的螺丝刀便可完成整个安装步骤,拆卸也十分方便,易装易取出;而且内螺杆8的设置能够对中空的外螺杆4提供有效的支撑作用,防止在木板15的挤压下变形。
还包括锁紧杆11,内螺钉头9和内螺杆8上设置有与锁紧杆11相配合的锁紧腔20,锁紧杆11能够在锁紧腔20内滑动,锁紧杆11的一端设置有锁紧头21,如图6所示,锁紧杆11的另一端的两侧对应设置有容纳槽13,容纳槽13内设置有限位杆10,限位杆10的顶端转动连接在锁紧杆11上,两个限位杆10的顶端均通过一转轴铰接在锁紧杆11上,限位杆10能够沿着转轴处转动,位于两个限位杆10之间的锁紧杆11上设置有扩张孔14,两个限位杆10之间通过穿过扩张孔14的扩张弹簧12连接,中空腔7的顶端设置有位于外螺杆4内并与限位杆10相配合的顶腔5,将灯具安装支架18固定在内螺钉与外螺钉之间以后,工作人员先握紧两个限位杆10,使得两个限位杆10克服扩张弹簧12的弹簧力后被限制在容纳槽13内,然后将锁紧杆11上具有限位杆10的一端移入锁紧腔20内,当限位杆10完全进入顶腔5内时,此时没有外力限制扩张弹簧12的弹簧力,因此在弹力作用下,使得两个限位杆10转动并张开,然后限位杆10的底部会抵在顶腔5的底面上,此时锁紧头也刚好抵在内螺钉头9上,从而使得内螺钉不易脱离外螺钉,能使得灯具安装支架18更稳固地被固定住;锁紧头21的直径大于内螺钉头9的直径,使得锁紧头21能更有效地将内螺钉夹紧;顶腔5呈锥形,加工方便,并且与限位杆10展开时的形状相匹配,便于限位杆10在扩张弹簧12的弹簧力作用下的扩张展开。

1.一种便捷式灯具安装螺钉,其特征在于,包括外螺钉和内螺钉,所述的外螺钉包括外螺杆,所述的外螺杆的一端设置有外螺钉头,所述的外螺杆上设置有自攻牙纹,外螺钉头和外螺杆内设置有中空腔,所述的内螺钉包括具有外螺纹的内螺杆,所述的内螺杆的一端设置有内螺钉头,所述的内螺杆与中空腔配合设置;还包括锁紧杆,所述的内螺钉头和内螺杆上设置有与锁紧杆相配合的锁紧腔,所述的锁紧杆的一端设置有锁紧头,所述的锁紧杆的另一端的两侧对应设置有容纳槽,所述的容纳槽内设置有限位杆,所述的限位杆的顶端转动连接在锁紧杆上,位于两个限位杆之间的锁紧杆上设置有扩张孔,两个限位杆之间通过穿过扩张孔的扩张弹簧连接,所述的中空腔的顶端设置有位于外螺杆内并与限位杆相配合的顶腔;所述的顶腔呈锥形。
