Description
(2)前記成形型構造となることによる成形工程の複雑化により、同工程にかかる作業が煩雑化し、製造(成形)効率が悪くなる。その結果、樹脂製構造体の射出成形コストないし金属樹脂複合体の製造コストがアップする。
(3)成形型構造が複雑化すると、型相互間や、型と金属製部品(インサート品)との閉じ面に間隙が発生しやすくなる。これにより、バリ(樹脂のはみ出し)が発生しやすくなる等、成形不良が生じ易くなる。
(4)樹脂製構造体の形状、構造の設計には、以上の(1)〜(4)に基づく理由から、諸種の制約が課せられる。したがって、樹脂製構造体の最適ニーズに対応した形状、構造にすることができない場合がある。すなわち、樹脂製構造体自体の設計における自由度が低いという問題がある。
前記金属製部品の表面のうち、前記樹脂製構造体が一体的に形成されるべき部位の少なくとも一部に下地樹脂部が射出成形により一体的に形成され、この下地樹脂部に対し、別工程で製造された樹脂製構造体部品が接合されて前記樹脂製構造体をなしていることを特徴とする。そして、本発明とは別の第2の参考態様は、前記樹脂製構造体が、通電経路構成材を内包する樹脂製構造体であることを特徴とする上記参考態様1に記載の金属樹脂複合体である。
前記壁の少なくとも一部に、該壁をその縁において挟み付ける構成の下地樹脂部が射出成形により、前記壁に一体的に形成され、
この下地樹脂部に対し、別工程で製造され、前記通電経路構成材が内包されてなる樹脂製構造体部品が接合されて前記樹脂製構造体をなしていることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 壁を備えた金属製部品の該壁の少なくとも一部に、該壁をその縁において挟み付ける構成をなし、通電経路構成材を内包する樹脂製構造体が、前記壁に一体的に形成されてなる金属樹脂複合体において、
前記壁の少なくとも一部に、該壁をその縁において挟み付ける構成の下地樹脂部が射出成形により、前記壁に一体的に形成され、
この下地樹脂部に対し、別工程で製造され、前記通電経路構成材が内包されてなる樹脂製構造体部品が接合されて前記樹脂製構造体をなしていることを特徴とする金属樹脂複合体。 - 前記樹脂製構造体部品が前記下地樹脂部に溶着によって接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属樹脂複合体。
- 前記溶着がレーザ溶着であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の金属樹脂複合体。
- 前記金属製部品の表面のうち、前記下地樹脂部が射出成形により一体的に形成されている部位が粗面化されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の金属樹脂複合体。
- 前記金属製部品の表面のうち、前記下地樹脂部が射出成形により一体的に形成されている部位に、窒素含有化合物を吸着させてなる無数の凹凸又は多孔性層が形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の金属樹脂複合体。
