Abstract
【解決手段】コネクタ固定構造100は、内側に突出した筒状の樹脂製の筐体側挿入口5が一体成形された筐体1と、筐体1内に設けられ、筐体側挿入口5に連結されるレセプタクルコネクタ3を有し、レセプタクルコネクタ3は、前記筐体側挿入口5に対応した形状を有するコネクタ側挿入口7と、コネクタ側挿入口7に設けられ、筐体側挿入口5と組み合わされる樹脂製の溶接部9を有し、溶接部9の全周を溶解させることにより、筐体側挿入口5とコネクタ側挿入口7が溶接されている。

前記溶接部は、前記連結部の凹形状に対応した凸形状を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ固定構造。 - (a)内側に突出した筒状の樹脂製の筐体側挿入口が一体成形された筐体と、前記筐体内に設けられ、前記筐体側挿入口に連結されるコネクタと、を用意し、
(b)前記筐体側挿入口と、前記コネクタに設けられ、筐体側挿入口に対応した形状を有するコネクタ側挿入口とを組み合わせ、
(c)前記コネクタ側挿入口の溶接部の全周を溶解させることにより、前記筐体側挿入口と前記コネクタ側挿入口を溶接する、コネクタ固定構造の製造方法。 - 前記(c)は、前記筐体側挿入口の筐体側貫通孔が前記筐体の外側に、閉塞されずに開放されるように溶接する、請求項9に記載のコネクタ固定構造の製造方法。
- 前記(a)は、前記筐体として、前記加熱用レーザ光を透過する樹脂で構成された筐体と、前記コネクタとして、少なくとも前記溶接部が、前記加熱用レーザ光を吸収する樹脂で構成されたコネクタを用意し、
前記(c)は、加熱用レーザ光を照射して前記コネクタ側挿入口の溶接部の全周を溶解させることにより、前記筐体側挿入口と前記コネクタ側挿入口を溶接する、請求項9または10に記載のコネクタ固定構造の製造方法。 - 前記(a)は、前記筐体として、前記筐体側挿入口の端部が凹形状を有する連結部を有する筐体と、前記コネクタとして、前記溶接部が前記凹形状に対応した凸形状を有するコネクタを用意し、
前記(b)は凹形状の前記連結部に、凸形状の前記溶接部を挿入し、
前記(c)は、前記連結部側から前記溶接部に加熱用レーザ光を照射する、
請求項11に記載のコネクタ固定構造の製造方法。
