技术领域
本发明涉及显示领域,特别涉及一种背板、胶铁一体结构、背光模组和显示装置。
背景技术
显示设备主要包括显示面板和背光模组,背光模组包括胶铁一体结构、背光源,以及反射片、导光板等结构。该胶铁一体结构由背板和胶框结合而成,可以用于支撑背光模组中的其他结构。只有背板与胶框紧密结合,才能稳定地支撑其他的结构,一旦背板和胶框之间分离,很容易影响其他结构的平整度,进而影响到显示设备的显示效果。
在生成胶铁一体结构时,通常会在背板上设置通孔,如在背板的底面设置通孔,或者在背板的底面与侧面相交的位置设置通孔,之后再将已成型的背板放置在模腔中,将熔融状的塑胶粒子注入到背板中,塑胶粒子会填满背板上的通孔,待塑胶粒子冷却固化形成胶框,背板和胶框结合构成胶铁一体结构。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:
胶框与背板仅在通孔的内壁处接触,接触面积较小,导致胶框与背板之间的结合力较小。在高温高湿等环境下,塑胶粒子会发生收缩,由于胶框与背板之间的结合力较小,使得胶框与背板之间很容易分离,胶铁一体结构的稳定性差。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种背板、胶铁一体结构、背光模组和显示装置。所述技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供了一种背板,所述背板上设置有第一通孔,所述第一通孔的内壁和外壁在所述背板上形成突出结构。
可选地,所述突出结构突出于所述背板的外表面。
可选地,所述突出结构突出于所述背板的内表面。
可选地,所述突出结构包括沿所述第一通孔的径向方向向内侧弯折的弯折结构;所述弯折结构形成第二通孔,所述第二通孔与所述第一通孔相对,且所述第二通孔的内径小于所述第一通孔的内径。
可选地,所述背板包括底面,以及与底面相交的侧面;所述第一通孔位于所述背板的侧面。
第二方面,提供了一种胶铁一体结构,所述胶铁一体结构包括:胶框和如第一方面所述的背板。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种背板,该背板上设置有第一通孔,该第一通孔的内壁和外壁在该背板上形成突出结构。
当该背板用于与胶框结合形成胶铁一体结构时,会将背板放置在模腔中,将熔融状的塑胶粒子注入到背板中,塑胶粒子会填满背板上的第一通孔,并覆盖该突出结构的表面,待塑胶粒子冷却固化形成胶框,该胶框与该突出结构的表面以及该第一通孔的内壁接触,胶框和背板结合构成胶铁一体结构,使得胶框与背板之间结合更为紧密,在胶框与背板接触的位置,胶框能够从各个方向对该背板起到限位作用,胶框与背板之间的结合力足够保证胶框与背板牢固结合。又或者胶框与背板可拆卸连接时,由于第一通孔的内壁和外壁在该背板上形成突出结构,也因为接触面积增大,使得胶框与背板的连接更为紧密,从而提高结构的稳定性以及产品良率。
可选地,该背板上设置有多个第一通孔,每个第一通孔的内壁和外壁均在该背板上形成突出结构,保证了胶框与背板之间的结合力足够大,进一步保证胶框与背板不易分离。
现有技术中,胶框仅与第一通孔的内壁接触,而本发明实施例中,该第一通孔的内壁和外壁突出于该背板,形成了该突出结构,将该背板与胶框结合时,该胶框不仅与该第一通孔的内壁接触,还与该突出结构的表面接触,接触面积大于该第一通孔内壁的面积,也即是,本发明实施例提供的背板在形成胶铁一体结构时,增大了胶框与背板之间的接触面积,能够增加胶框与背板之间的结合力,即使在高温高湿等环境下,胶框的塑胶粒子发生收缩时,胶框与背板也不易分离,提高了所形成的胶铁一体结构的稳定性。
本发明实施例中,背板包括内表面和外表面,且背板的内部设置有凹槽,该凹槽用于注入塑胶粒子,以形成胶框。该突出结构可以突出于该背板的内表面,伸入该凹槽内,或者突出于该背板的外表面,或者,该突出结构还可以既突出于该背板的内表面,还突出于该背板的外表面,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
具体地,当该突出结构突出于该背板的内表面时,胶框的塑胶粒子会填满该第一通孔和该凹槽,使得该突出结构的表面均与该胶框接触,结合构成一体式结构。当该突出结构突出于该背板的外表面时,胶框的塑胶粒子会填满该第一通孔和该凹槽,则该突出结构的内表面与该胶框接触,结合构成一体式结构。
图1A是本发明实施例提供的一种背板的剖面示意图,参见图1A,背板11上设置有第一通孔和凹槽,该第一通孔的内壁和外壁突出于背板11的外表面,形成突出结构110。生成胶铁一体结构时,塑胶粒子填满该第一通孔,则形成的胶框12与该突出结构110的内表面和该第一通孔的内壁接触,形成如图1B所示的胶铁一体结构。
图2A是本发明实施例提供的另一种背板的剖面示意图,参见图2A,背板21上设置有第一通孔和凹槽,该第一通孔的内壁和外壁突出于背板的内表面,形成突出结构210。生成胶铁一体结构时,塑胶粒子填满该背板21上的凹槽和该第一通孔,则形成的胶框22与该突出结构210的表面和该第一通孔的内壁接触,形成如图2B所示的胶铁一体结构。
为了进一步增大胶框与背板之间的结合力,该突出结构可以包括沿该第一通孔的径向方向向内侧弯折的弯折结构。
对于一个通孔来说,该通孔关于中心轴对称,该中心轴所指的方向即为该通孔的轴向,与该轴向垂直的方向即为该通孔的径向。该弯折结构沿该第一通孔的径向方向向内侧弯折是指该弯折结构沿该第一通孔的径向方向中,接近该第一通孔中心轴的方向弯折。该弯折结构会形成第二通孔,且该第二通孔与该第一通孔相对,且该第二通孔的内径小于该第一通孔的内径。本发明实施例对该第一通孔的内径尺寸以及该第二通孔的内径尺寸均不做限定。
图3A是本发明实施例提供的又一种背板的剖面示意图,参见图3A,背板31上设置有第一通孔和凹槽,该第一通孔的内壁和外壁突出于背板的内表面,形成突出结构310。该突出结构310突出于背板31的内表面,且该突出结构310包括沿第一通孔的径向方向向内侧弯折的弯折结构。该弯折结构形成第二通孔,该第二通孔与该第一通孔相对,且第二通孔的内径小于该第一通孔的内径。生成胶铁一体结构时,塑胶粒子填满该背板31上的凹槽和该第一通孔,则形成的胶框22与该突出结构310的表面(可以理解为第一通孔310的外壁所在的面)和该第一通孔的内壁接触,形成如图3B所示的胶铁一体结构。
将该突出结构中除该弯折结构之外的结构作为指定结构,则该指定结构与该弯折结构之间形成一个夹角。可选地,该夹角为90
在生成胶铁一体结构时,该胶框可以填满该弯折结构与该指定结构之间的夹角内的空间,从而能够与该弯折结构卡合,进一步增强了胶框与背板之间的结合力,使得胶框与背板更加不易分离。
本发明实施例中,该背板上会设置反射片,将该背板上与反射片相对的外表面作为背板的底面,与底面相交的表面即为背板的侧面。
现有技术中,由于在每个通孔处,该通孔内形成的胶框与背板之间的结合力较小,因此,为了保证整个胶框与整个背板之间足够大的结合力,会在背板的底面、底面和侧面相交的位置等多个位置设置通孔,通过在不同的位置设置多个通孔,增加通孔的数目,保证胶框与背板之间的结合力足够大。然而,该背板底面的通孔内所形成的胶框与背板之间的结合力较小,通孔内所形成的胶框与背板很容易发生分离,一旦发生分离,会导致背板不平整,影响到背板上方设置的光学膜片的平整度,使得光学膜片产生翘曲,最终导致显示面板显示的画面异常,影响了显示效果。
图4为现有技术中背板的通孔示意图,参见图4,背板上的底面和侧面相交的位置设置有A类通孔,底面设置有B类通孔和C类通孔,B类通孔为长条形通孔,C类通孔为圆形通孔。A类通孔的剖面图如图5所示,参见图5,背板的底面和侧面相交的位置设置有A类通孔,生成胶铁一体结构时,胶框会与A类通孔的内壁接触。B类通孔的剖面图如图6所示,参见图6,背板的底面上设置有B类通孔,生成胶铁一体结构时,胶框会与B类通孔的内壁接触。
B类和C类通孔内的胶框与背板很容易分离,导致背板不平整,影响背板上方设置的光学膜片的平整度,使得光学膜片产生翘曲,最终导致显示面板显示的画面异常,影响了显示效果。
而在本发明实施例中,该第一通孔可以仅设置在该背板的侧面,即仅在背板的侧面上设置第一通孔,而不在背板的底面设置通孔。可选地,在该背板的四个侧面上设置多个第一通孔。进一步地,在该背板的四个侧面上均匀地设置多个第一通孔。本发明实施例对第一通孔在背板侧面的设置位置和数目不做限定。
在该背板的侧面设置第一通孔,而不在底面设置通孔,不仅能够保证胶框与背板之间的结合力足够大,而且,该背板能够平整地支撑该光学膜片,保证了该背光模组的平整度,进而保证了显示面板的平整度,避免了光学膜片产生翘曲,保证显示面板所显示的画面正常,避免了胶框与背板分离时对显示效果的影响。
本发明实施例提供的背板中,第一通孔的内壁和外壁在该背板上形成突出结构,当该背板用于与胶框结合以形成胶铁一体结构时,能够保证胶框不仅与该第一通孔的内壁接触,还与该突出结构的表面接触,增大了胶框与背板之间的接触面积,能够增加胶框与背板之间的结合力,即使在高温高湿等环境下,胶框发生收缩时,胶框与背板也不易分离,提高了所形成的胶铁一体结构的稳定性。且仅在背板的侧面设置第一通孔,而不在底面设置第一通孔,既能够保证胶框与背板之间的结合力足够大,也能够避免光学膜片产生翘曲,保证显示面板所显示的画面正常,避免了胶框与背板分离时对显示效果的影响。
上述所有可选技术方案,可以采用任意结合形成本发明的可选实施例,在此不再一一赘述。
本发明实施例还提供了一种胶铁一体结构,该胶铁一体结构包括:胶框和如上述实施例所述的背板。该胶框与该背板结合时,与该突出结构的表面接触。
由于现有技术中的B类通孔内的胶框常出现毛刺,且在胶铁一体结构振动时容易掉屑,为了防止出现毛刺和掉屑,通常需要增加胶框的宽度,使得胶框的宽度(图6中的w0)大于B类通孔的宽度,能够覆盖住B类通孔。由于B类通孔的宽度为0.4mm左右,增大胶框的宽度,会使得整个背光模组的边框较宽,使得显示设备的边框与显示屏幕之间的比例增大,显示设备很难实现窄边框化。
而本发明实施例中的背板未在底面设置通孔,则能够防止出现毛刺或掉屑,无需增大胶框宽度,因此可以将胶框宽度减小,使得显示设备的边框与显示屏幕之间的比例减小,实现了窄边框化。参见图1B和图6,图1B所示的本发明实施例的胶框宽度w1要小于图6所示的现有技术的胶框宽度w0。
可选地,该胶框宽度可以为0.65mm-0.95mm范围内的任一数值,优选地,该胶框的宽度为0.65mm。当然,该胶框宽度还可以为其他数值,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
本发明实施例提供的胶铁一体结构,第一通孔的内壁和外壁在该背板上形成突出结构,胶框不仅与该第一通孔的内壁接触,还与该突出结构的表面接触,增大了胶框与背板之间的接触面积,能够增加胶框与背板之间的结合力,即使在高温高湿等环境下,胶框发生收缩时,胶框与背板也不易分离,提高了胶铁一体结构的稳定性。且仅在背板的底面设置第一通孔,而不在底面设置第一通孔,既能够保证胶框与背板之间的结合力足够大,也能够避免光学膜片产生翘曲,保证显示面板所显示的画面正常,避免了胶框与背板分离时对显示效果的影响。采用本发明实施例提供的胶铁一体结构,可以将胶框宽度减小,使得显示设备的边框与显示屏幕之间的比例减小,实现了显示设备的窄边框化。
本发明实施例还提供了一种背光模组,该背光模组包括如上述实施例所示的胶铁一体结构。
可选地,该背光模组还包括背光源、导光板、反射片和光学膜片,该背光源设置于该导光板的入光口处,该导光板设置在该反射片上,该光学膜片设置在该导光板的出光面上。且该背光模组还包括遮光胶带,该遮光胶带设置在胶框的上方,保证了胶框的遮蔽性和绝缘性。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示装置,该显示装置包括如上述实施例所示的背光模组。
可选地,该显示装置还包括显示面板,该显示面板设置于该背光模组上。另外,该显示装置可以应用于手机、电视、笔记本电脑等多种显示设备,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
可选地,该背光源为LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)背光源,该背光模组为LED背光模组,该显示装置为LED显示装置。
本发明实施例提供的背光模组和显示装置包括如上述实施例所示的背板,背板中第一通孔的内壁和外壁在背板上形成突出结构,该背板与胶框结合形成胶铁一体结构时,胶框不仅与该第一通孔的内壁接触,还与该突出结构的表面接触,增大了胶框与背板之间的接触面积,能够增加胶框与背板之间的结合力,即使在高温高湿等环境下,胶框发生收缩时,胶框与背板也不易分离,提高了胶铁一体结构的稳定性。且仅在背板的底面设置第一通孔,而不在底面设置第一通孔,既能够保证胶框与背板之间的结合力足够大,也能够避免光学膜片产生翘曲,保证显示面板所显示的画面正常,避免了胶框与背板分离时对显示效果的影响。采用本发明实施例的技术方案,可以将胶框宽度减小,使得显示设备的边框与显示屏幕之间的比例减小,实现了显示设备的窄边框化。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种背板,其特征在于,所述背板上设置有第一通孔,所述第一通孔的内壁和外壁在所述背板上形成突出结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述突出结构突出于所述背板的外表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶铁一体结构,其特征在于,所述突出结构突出于所述背板的内表面。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的胶铁一体结构,其特征在于,所述突出结构包括沿所述第一通孔的径向方向向内侧弯折的弯折结构;
所述弯折结构形成第二通孔,所述第二通孔与所述第一通孔相对,且所述第二通孔的内径小于所述第一通孔的内径。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的胶铁一体结构,其特征在于,所述背板包括底面,以及与底面相交的侧面;所述第一通孔位于所述背板的侧面。
6.一种胶铁一体结构,其特征在于,所述胶铁一体结构包括:胶框和如上述权利要求1-5任一项所述的背板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的胶铁一体结构,其特征在于,所述胶框与所述突出结构的表面接触。
8.根据权利要求6所述的胶铁一体结构,其特征在于,所述胶框的宽度为0.65mm-0.95mm范围内的任一数值。
9.一种背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括如上述权利要求6-8任一项所述的胶铁一体结构。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括如上述权利要求9所述的背光模组。
