Abstract

本实用新型涉及液晶显示技术领域,公开了一种液晶显示模组背光源结构、液晶显示屏及显示设备,该液晶显示模组背光源结构包括遮光胶带、FPC灯带、胶铁、反射片、增光棱镜片、导光板以及消光膜层,消光膜层的第一端与FPC灯带搭接,第二端与增光棱镜片搭接;第一端与遮光胶带粘接,第二端位于增光棱镜片与导光板之间。由于消光膜层的第一端与FPC灯带搭接,第二端与增光棱镜片搭接,可以起到减少由导光板射出的光线射入增光棱镜片侧截面的作用;无需将遮光PET膜与增光棱镜片同层设置,不会存在将同层设置的遮光PET膜与增光棱镜片之间保留一定的间隙。因此,这种设置方式能够减少液晶显示模组背光源结构的边框尺寸。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及液晶显示的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种液晶显示模组背光源结构、液晶显示屏及显示设备。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,液晶显示屏的应用越发普遍,液晶显示模组背光源结构是其不可或缺的一个结构。
但是,现有技术中的液晶显示模组背光源结构,同层设置的遮光PET膜与增光棱镜片之间具有一定的间隙,会增加液晶显示模组背光源结构的边框尺寸。
因此,设计一款能够缩小边框尺寸的液晶显示模组背光源结构,成为一个亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种液晶显示模组背光源结构、液晶显示屏及显示设备,上述液晶显示模组背光源结构能够实现获得较小的边框尺寸。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供以下技术方案:
一种液晶显示模组背光源结构,包括遮光胶带、FPC灯带、胶铁、反射片、增光棱镜片、导光板以及消光膜层,消光膜层的第一端与FPC灯带搭接,第二端与增光棱镜片搭接;其中,第一端与遮光胶带粘接,第二端位于增光棱镜片与导光板之间。
本实用新型提供的液晶显示模组背光源结构,由于消光膜层的第一端与FPC灯带搭接,第二端与增光棱镜片搭接,已经可以起到减少由导光板射出的光线射入增光棱镜片侧截面的作用;所以无需将遮光PET膜与增光棱镜片同层设置,也就不会存在将同层设置的遮光PET膜与增光棱镜片之间保留一定的间隙。
因此,这种设置方式能够减少液晶显示模组背光源结构的边框尺寸。
可选地,消光膜层为扩散片。
可选地,消光膜层包括遮光PET膜和扩散片;遮光PET膜位于扩散片背离导光板的一侧;遮光PET膜包括第一部、第二部以及中间部;第一部与FPC灯带搭接,第二部与增光棱镜片搭接,第一部通过中间部与第二部连接。
可选地,遮光PET膜的第一部与遮光胶带粘接;遮光PET膜的第二部与扩散片粘接。
可选地,遮光PET膜的第二部通过单面带胶与扩散片粘接。
可选地,遮光PET膜厚度范围为0.02-0.05T。
一种液晶显示屏,包括上述的任一种液晶显示模组背光源结构。
一种显示设备,包括上述的液晶显示屏。

具体实施方式
图1为现有技术中液晶显示模组背光源结构的结构示意图,如图1所示,现有技术中的液晶显示模组背光源结构包括遮光胶带a、FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit,柔性电路板)灯带b、胶铁c、反射片d、增光棱镜片e、导光板f、扩散片g以及遮光PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)膜h;而遮光PET膜h为起到减少由导光板f射出的光线射入增光棱镜片e侧截面的作用,通常与增光棱镜片e同层设置,且为保证组装的顺利,需在同层设置的遮光PET膜h与增光棱镜片e之间保留一定的间隙x,如此做法自然会增加液晶显示模组背光源结构的边框尺寸。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
图2为本实用新型实施例提供的液晶显示模组背光源结构的结构示意图,如图2所示,本实用新型实施例提供的液晶显示模组背光源结构,包括遮光胶带1、FPC灯带2、胶铁3、反射片4、增光棱镜片5、导光板6以及消光膜层7,消光膜层7的第一端与FPC灯带2搭接,第二端与增光棱镜片5搭接;其中,第一端与遮光胶带1粘接,第二端位于增光棱镜片5与导光板6之间。
本实施例提供的液晶显示模组背光源结构,由于消光膜层7的第一端与FPC灯带2搭接,第二端与增光棱镜片5搭接,已经可以起到减少由导光板6射出的光线射入增光棱镜片5侧截面的作用;所以无需将遮光PET膜9与增光棱镜片5同层设置,也就不会存在将同层设置的遮光PET膜9与增光棱镜片5之间保留一定的间隙。
因此,这种设置方式能够减少液晶显示模组背光源结构的边框尺寸。
参考图2,作为一种可选的实施例,消光膜层7为扩散片8。
本实施例中,当消光膜层7为扩散片8时,由于扩散片8自身的特性,能够将穿过扩散片8的光线进行发散,从而有效减少射入增光棱镜片5侧截面的光线。
图3为本实用新型另一实施例提供的液晶显示模组背光源结构的结构示意图,如图3所示,作为一种可选的实施例,消光膜层7包括遮光PET膜9和扩散片8;遮光PET膜9位于扩散片8背离导光板6的一侧;遮光PET膜9包括第一部10、第二部11以及中间部12;第一部10与FPC灯带2搭接,第二部11与增光棱镜片5搭接,第一部10通过中间部12与第二部11连接。
本实施例中,由于遮光PET膜9的第一部10与FPC灯带2搭接,遮光PET膜9的第二部11与增光棱镜片5搭接,且遮光PET膜9的中间部12将第一部10和第二部11连接,则遮光PET膜9能够实现遮挡由导光板6射出的光线,有效地防止了光线射入增光棱镜片5侧截面,进一步保障了液晶显示模组的显示效果。
作为一种可选的实施例,遮光PET膜9的第一部10与遮光胶带1粘接;遮光PET膜9的第二部11与扩散片8粘接。
本实施例中,粘接的方式能够令遮光PET膜9安装得更加稳定,进一步提高了液晶显示模组的整体稳定性。
作为一种可选的实施例,遮光PET膜9的第二部11通过单面带胶与扩散片8粘接。
本实施例中,单面胶带获取容易,使用方便,成本较低,且具有很好的粘贴效果。
作为一种可选的实施例,遮光PET膜9厚度范围为0.02-0.05T。
本实施例中,综合考虑占用空间以及裁切工艺等因素,遮光PET膜9的厚度不易过大,例如可为0.03T,可视实际工况而定,具体不做限定。
本实用新型实施例还提供了一种液晶显示屏,包括上述的任一种液晶显示模组背光源结构。
本实施例中,液晶显示屏的有益效果与上述任一种液晶显示模组背光源结构的有益效果相同,不再赘述。

1.一种液晶显示模组背光源结构,包括遮光胶带、FPC灯带、胶铁、反射片、增光棱镜片、导光板以及消光膜层,其特征在于,所述消光膜层的第一端与所述FPC灯带搭接,第二端与所述增光棱镜片搭接;其中,
所述第一端与所述遮光胶带粘接,所述第二端位于所述增光棱镜片与所述导光板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组背光源结构,其特征在于,所述消光膜层为扩散片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组背光源结构,其特征在于,所述消光膜层包括遮光PET膜和扩散片;
所述遮光PET膜位于所述扩散片背离所述导光板的一侧;
所述遮光PET膜包括第一部、第二部以及中间部;
所述第一部与所述FPC灯带搭接,所述第二部与所述增光棱镜片搭接,所述第一部通过所述中间部与所述第二部连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液晶显示模组背光源结构,其特征在于,所述遮光PET膜的第一部与所述遮光胶带粘接;
所述遮光PET膜的第二部与所述扩散片粘接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的液晶显示模组背光源结构,其特征在于,所述遮光PET膜的第二部通过单面带胶与所述扩散片粘接。
6.根据权利要求3-5任一项所述的液晶显示模组背光源结构,其特征在于,所述遮光PET膜厚度范围为0.02-0.05T。
7.一种液晶显示屏,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的液晶显示模组背光源结构。
8.一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求7所述的液晶显示屏。
