Abstract
一种背光模组(1)、显示装置(100),背光模组(1)包括框体(11),包括一框面(111)和连接于框面(111)的连接部(112);反射片(12),设于框面(111)上;导光板(13),设于反射片(12)上;光学膜片组(14),设于导光板(13)上,光学膜片组(14)具有一增光片(141);连接部(112)的顶部通过一胶框(19)连接于增光片(141)上;遮光片(15),设于光学膜片组(14)上;盲孔(16),从框面(111)贯穿遮光片(15);连接部(112)设于盲孔(16)的周侧;不透光胶层(17),设置在胶框(19)与增光片(141)之间。
Description
本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体为一种背光模组、显示装置。
随着显示技术的发展,目前的显示装置,如手机设计中,对屏占比的要求越来越高,也就是显示装置的显示区的面积与非显示区的面积比越来越大,这就不可避免的应用到异形显示,而有些异形结构会设计成封闭型(圆形、矩形及 其他规则或不规则形状)或开放型(半圆形、矩形及其他规则或不规则形状)。
由于显示区的限制,背光异形结构(盲孔)处遮光胶带有效粘附面积较小,可靠性试验时,遮光胶易发生分离脱落,导致漏光、异物进入等问题;
为了遮光、防尘,现有设计在盲孔四周贴盲孔遮光胶(双面胶),由于盲孔处显示边框的尺寸限制,与盲孔遮光胶粘附的胶铁宽度通常只有0.2
mm -0.35mm,有时甚至不设置胶框,与盲孔遮光胶贴附的宽度只有铁框厚度0.1mm,遮光胶带与胶框或铁框有效粘附面积较小,可靠性试验时,遮光胶易发生分离脱落,导致漏光、异物进入等问题。
为解决上述技术问题:本发明提供一种背光模组、显示装置,通过重新设计遮光结构,在铁框或胶框与增光片的连接处采用液态胶连接,不用考虑胶框与增光片的连接宽度或者铁框与增光片的宽度,能够有效的防止遮光胶脱落。
解决上述问题的技术方案是:本发明提供一种背光模组,框体,包括一框面和连接于所述框面的连接部;反射片,设于所述框面上;导光板,设于反射片上;光学膜片组,设于所述导光板上,所述光学膜片组具有一增光片;所述连接部的顶部通过一胶框连接于所述增光片上;遮光片,设于所述光学膜片组上;盲孔,从所述框面贯穿所述遮光片;所述连接部设于所述盲孔的周侧;不透光胶层,设置在所述胶框与所述增光片之间。
在本发明一实施例中,所述光学膜片组包括反射片,设于所述铁框上;导光板,设于所述反射片上;扩散片,设于所述导光板上;所述增光片设于扩散片上。
在本发明一实施例中,所述不透光胶层为双面胶。
在本发明一实施例中,所述不透光胶层的颜色包括黑色、灰色中的一种。
在本发明一实施例中,所述不透光胶层的厚度为0.03 mm-0.1mm。
在本发明一实施例中,所述的背光模组还包括遮光增强层,设置在所述增光片的上表面或者下表面,且对应位于所述铁框与所述增光片的连接处。
在本发明一实施例中,所述遮光增强层所用材料为黑色油墨或者遮光黑条。
在本发明一实施例中,所述遮光增强层的厚度为0.02 mm-0.05mm。
本发明还提供了一种显示装置,包括所述的背光模组。
在本发明一实施例中,所述的显示装置还包括显示屏,所述背光模组中的所述遮光片设于所述显示屏的一面;盖板,设于所述显示屏远离所述背光模组的一面;所述盲孔从所述背光模组贯穿至所述盖板的表面。
本发明的背光模组、显示装置,通过重新设计遮光结构,在铁框或胶框与增光片的连接处采用液态胶连接,不用考虑胶框与增光片的连接宽度或者铁框与增光片的宽度,能够有效的防止遮光胶脱落的现象,从而进一步防止灰尘等异物进入背光模组中,造成产品不良;同时在胶框和增光片的连接处增加一层黑色油墨或者遮光黑条,以进一步增加遮光效果。

实施例1
如图1所示,本发明的背光模组包括框体11、反射片12、导光板13、光学膜片组14、遮光片15、盲孔16、不透光胶层17。
所述框体11包括一框面111和连接于所述框面111的连接部112。本实施例中,所述框体11为铁框。
所述反射片12设于所述框面111上。所述导光板13设于所述反射片12上。
所述光学膜片组14设于所述导光板13上,本实施例中,所述光学膜片组14具有一增光片142和一扩散片141。所述扩散片141设于所述导光板13上,所述增光片142设于所述扩散片141上。所述连接部112从所述框面111向所述增光片142弯折,且所述连接部112的顶部通过一胶框19连接于所述增光片142上。为了增强遮光效果,所述胶框19从所述连接部112的顶部沿所述连接部112向所述框面111延伸。
本实施例中,所述不透光胶层17设置在所述胶框19与所述增光片142之间。为了改善现有胶框19的宽度较窄,普通双面胶难以裁剪成较为适合的宽度,使之方便地牢固地粘接在所述胶框19上,因此,本实施例的所述不透光胶层17采用液态胶。其颜色可选择黑色、灰色中的一种,当然也可以选择其他颜色的不透光胶层17。
所述遮光片15设于所述光学膜片组14上;所述盲孔16从所述框面111贯穿所述遮光片15;所述连接部112设于所述盲孔16的周侧。为了使得盲孔16处的不透光胶层17能够有效的粘接在所述胶框19和所述增光片142之间,本实施例中的所述不透光胶层17的厚度为
0.03 mm-0.1mm。
为了增强所述胶框19与增光片142连接处的遮光效果,所述的背光模组还包括遮光增强层18,设置在所述增光片142的上表面,且对应位于所述铁框与所述增光片142的连接处。所述遮光增强层18所用材料为黑色油墨或者遮光黑条。所述遮光增强层18的厚度为0.02
mm-0.05mm。
如图2所示,本发明还提供了一种显示装置100,包括实施例1所述的背光模组。所述的显示装置100还包括显示屏2、盖板3、摄像头4,所述背光模组中的所述遮光片15设于所述显示屏2的一面;所述盖板3设于所述显示屏2远离所述背光模组的一面;所述盲孔16从所述背光模组贯穿至所述盖板3的表面。所述盲孔16内安装摄像头4
实施例2
如图3所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,为了增强所述胶框19与增光片142连接处的遮光效果以及增加胶框19与增光片142的连接牢固度,所述遮光增强层18设置在所述增光片142的下表面,且对应位于所述铁框与所述增光片142的连接处,即设置在增光片142的下表面与所述胶框19之间。所述遮光增强层18所用材料为黑色油墨或者遮光黑条。所述遮光增强层18的厚度为0.02
mm-0.05mm。
如图4所示,本发明还提供了一种显示装置100,包括实施例2所述的背光模组。所述的显示装置100还包括显示屏2、盖板3、摄像头4,所述背光模组中的所述遮光片15设于所述显示屏2的一面;所述盖板3设于所述显示屏2远离所述背光模组的一面;所述盲孔16从所述背光模组贯穿至所述盖板3的表面,所述盲孔16内安装摄像头4。

- 一种背光模组,其包括框体,包括一框面和连接于所述框面的连接部;反射片,设于所述框面上;导光板,设于反射片上;光学膜片组,设于所述导光板上,所述光学膜片组具有一增光片;所述连接部的顶部通过一胶框连接于所述增光片上;遮光片,设于所述光学膜片组上;盲孔,从所述框面贯穿所述遮光片;所述连接部设于所述盲孔的周侧;不透光胶层,设置在所述胶框与所述增光片之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述光学膜片组还包括扩散片,设于所述导光板上;所述增光片设于扩散片上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述不透光胶层为液态胶。
- 根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其中,所述不透光胶层的颜色包括黑色、灰色中的一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述不透光胶层的厚度为0.03 mm-0.1mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其还包括遮光增强层,设置在所述增光片的上表面或者下表面,且对应位于所述铁框与所述增光片的连接处。
- 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述遮光增强层所用材料为黑色油墨或者遮光黑条。
- 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其中,所述遮光增强层的厚度为0.02 mm-0.05mm。
- 一种显示装置,其包括如权利要求1所述的背光模组。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其还包括显示屏,所述背光模组中的所述遮光片设于所述显示屏的一面;盖板,设于所述显示屏远离所述背光模组的一面;所述盲孔从所述背光模组贯穿至所述盖板的表面。
