Claims (14)
- 各々樹脂からなる2つ以上のコネクタ部品同士を圧入により又は接着剤により相互に固定してなり、電子機器内の基板に実装されるコネクタであって、前記コネクタ部品を組み立てた後の接着剤乾燥工程および/またはリフロー工程で加熱されるコネクタにおいて、
隣接するコネクタ部品の境界部分に、該コネクタ部品同士で前記加熱時の熱による変形を規制する少なくとも1つの溶着部が形成されていることを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記溶着部は線状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記隣接するコネクタ部品のうちの一方のコネクタ部品に凹部又は開口部が形成されるとともに他方のコネクタ部品が前記凹部又は開口部内に収容、配置されることによって前記境界部分が環状に延在し、
前記線状の溶着部は前記環状の境界部分の全周に亘って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記溶着部は点状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記点状の溶着部は互いに間隔を空けて複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコネクタ。
- 導電性金属からなる複数のコンタクトを備え、該コンタクト間に前記点状の溶着部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のコネクタ。
- 各々樹脂からなる2つ以上のコネクタ部品同士を圧入により相互に固定してなり、電子機器内の基板に実装されるコネクタであって前記コネクタ部品を組み立てた後のリフロー工程で加熱されるコネクタの製造方法であって、
各々樹脂からなる2つ以上のコネクタ部品同士を圧入により相互に固定し、
隣接するコネクタ部品の境界部分にレーザ光を照射することにより、前記コネクタ部品同士で前記加熱時の熱による変形を規制する少なくとも1つの溶着部を形成することを特徴とするコネクタの製造方法。 - 各々樹脂からなる2つ以上のコネクタ部品同士を接着剤により相互に固定してなり、電子機器内の基板に実装されるコネクタであって前記コネクタ部品を組み立てた後の接着剤乾燥工程で加熱されるコネクタの製造方法であって、
各々樹脂からなる2つ以上のコネクタ部品間に接着剤を介在させ、
隣接するコネクタ部品の境界部分にレーザ光を照射することにより、前記コネクタ部品同士で前記加熱時の熱による変形を規制する少なくとも1つの溶着部を形成することを特徴とするコネクタの製造方法。 - 前記溶着部を線状に形成することを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のコネクタの製造方法。
- 前記隣接するコネクタ部品のうちの一方のコネクタ部品に凹部又は開口部を形成するとともに他方のコネクタ部品を前記凹部又は開口部内に収容、配置することによって前記境界部分を環状に延在させ、

- 前記点状の溶着部を互いに間隔を空けて複数形成することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のコネクタの製造方法。
- 導電性金属からなる複数のコンタクトを設け、該コンタクト間に前記点状の溶着部を形成することを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載のコネクタの製造方法。
- 導電性金属からなる複数のコンタクトを設け、レーザ光を一直線に連続的に走査することにより前記溶着部を形成する際に照射するレーザ光に対して前記コンタクトを前記コネクタ部品よりも溶融しにくい金属で形成するか、あるいは前記コンタクトの表面に、前記溶着部を形成する際に照射するレーザ光に対して前記コネクタ部品よりも溶融しにくい導電性金属層を設けることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のコネクタの製造方法。
