上述したように従来の血糖値測定装置では、血糖値と生活活動の結果を組合わせることは行われていない。
図1は、上記基本的な考え方に基づく本発明の実施の形態1に係る血糖値測定システムの概観を示す図である。本実施の形態は、血糖値測定システムを糖尿病自己管理装置に適用した例である。

実施の形態1は、バイオセンサ(血糖値センサ200)により測定された血糖値と動き測定部(加速度センサ)112により検出された生活活動量とを組合わせることで、図13乃至図15に示すような生活活動に起因する詳細な血糖値管理を可能にした。実施の形態2では、生活活動及び血糖値を用いたイベントのうち、食事の生活活動について詳細に説明する。
食事イベント検知処理モードは、食事イベント検知の基本モードである[食事イベント検知処理モード1]と朝昼夕の食事イベントを検知する[食事イベント検知処理モード2]とがある。いずれのモードも[血糖値測定モード]終了から移行する。

上記各実施の形態1〜4に係る糖尿病自己測定装置(血糖値測定装置100)は、バイオセンサ(血糖値センサ200)により測定された血糖値と動き測定部(加速度センサ)112により検出された生活活動量とを組合わせることで、生活活動に起因する詳細な血糖値管理を可能にした。
図28は、本発明の実施の形態6に係る血糖値測定システムの概観を示す図である。本実施の形態は、血糖値測定システムを血糖測定装置内蔵型ベルトに適用した例である。
実施の形態7は、CGMセンサユニットについて説明する。実施の形態1乃至6の血糖値測定装置100がバイオセンサとして血糖値を検知する血糖値センサ200を用いていた。これに対し、実施の形態7のCGMセンサユニットは、バイオセンサとして連続グルコースモニタリング(CGM:CONTINUOUS GLUCOSE MONITORING)値を用いる。CGM値は、皮下に挿入されたCGMセンサにより検知される。

実施の形態8は、インスリンポンプユニットについて説明する。実施の形態8のインスリンポンプユニットは、インスリン注入装置であって、血糖値又はCGM値を検知するバイオセンサではない。しかしながら、インスリンポンプユニットが、人体活動に伴う動き情報として測定する動き測定手段を備えることで、プライミング(インスリンの空出し)時にいままでにない効果を実現することが明らかとなった。
図38は、本発明の実施の形態9に係るCGMインスリンポンプユニットの概略図である。実施の形態9に係るCGMインスリンポンプユニットは、実施の形態9に係るCGMセンサユニット500と実施の形態8に係るインスリンポンプユニット700を融合したユニットである。図31及び図36と同一構成部分には同一符号を付して重複箇所の説明を省略する。
実施の形態10は、食事イベントの任意入力モードとその重要性について説明する。
図41は、食事イベント任意入力モードを示すフローチャートである。本フローは、図1及び図2の血糖値測定装置100のCPU110により所定タイミングで繰返し実行される。
図42は、任意入力に従った食事イベント任意検知処理モードを示すフローチャートである。
実施の形態11は、生活活動及び血糖値の経時変化について、いままでにない情報を表示する。原理説明の〔B.生活活動測定制御〕の一態様である。
医師は患者が自分で血糖値を記載した自己管理ノートを通して血糖値管理の状況を確認し、現在の治療(例えば運動療法や食事療法を基本とした生活習慣改善、経口血糖降下薬療法、インクレチン療法、インスリン療法)を継続するか、もしくは変更が必要かを判断する。
第2パラメータ:血糖値又はCGM値
第3パラメータ:インスリン量
第4パラメータ:食事時間又は食事回数
第5パラメータ:睡眠時間
第6パラメータ:寝返り回数又は目覚め回数
上記生活活動量と寝返り回数又は目覚め回数は、動き測定部(加速度センサ)112(図2)により検知される。また、第1乃至第6パラメータは、時間軸上で表現される態様も含まれる。
実施の形態13は、血糖値測定装置100の衝撃検知制御について説明する。

Claims (12)
- 血液中の特定の分析物に選択的に応答しそれらの存在あるいは濃度を検知するための試薬を配置した試薬配置面を有するバイオセンサと、
前記バイオセンサを使用して前記特定の分析物の濃度を測定する分析物測定手段と、
重力方向に対して、不変の所定角度を有するように設定された、前記試薬配置面の基準状態からの傾き角又は回転角、及び前記試薬配置面に加わる振動を測定して、生体活動に伴う動き情報として出力する動き測定手段と、
前記特定の分析物の濃度と前記動き情報とを記録する記録手段と、
前記傾き角または回転角が所定の範囲内にあるか否かを判定し、その判定結果に基づいて、前記分析物測定手段及び前記記録手段を制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記傾き角または回転角が所定の範囲内にある場合、前記分析物測定手段に測定動作を実行させる測定装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記傾き角または回転角が所定の範囲内にある場合、前記記録手段に前記動き情報の記録動作を実行させる請求項1記載の測定装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記傾き角が±30°以内である場合、前記分析物測定手段に測定動作を実行させる請求項1記載の測定装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記傾き角または回転角が所定の範囲外にある場合、その旨を報知手段に報知させる請求項1記載の測定装置。
- 前記バイオセンサは、前記試薬配置面の端部又は略中央部に設けられた血液の貯留部と、前記貯留部に一方が連結されるとともに他方は空気孔に連結された供給路と、前記供給路の一方の面に敷設され、血液の性質を検出する検出電極とを備えた電気化学式センサであり、
前記動き測定手段は、前記貯留部と前記検出電極とを結ぶ線分に対して所定距離離隔して設置される、請求項1記載の測定装置。 - 前記バイオセンサは、血液中の血糖値を測定する血糖値センサである、請求項1記載の測定装置。
- 前記電気化学式センサは、血液中の血糖値を測定する血糖値センサ、乳酸を測定する乳酸センサ、又はコレステロールを測定するコレステロールセンサを含む、請求項5記載の測定装置。
- 前記分析物測定手段、前記動き測定手段、前記記録手段、及び前記制御手段のうち、少なくともいずれか一つを収容する筐体を備え、
前記バイオセンサは、前記筐体に着脱可能に接続される、請求項1記載の測定装置。 - 血液中の特定の分析物の濃度を、試薬配置面を有するバイオセンサにより測定する第1測定ステップと、
重力方向に対して、不変の所定角度を有するように設定された、前記試薬配置面の基準状態からの傾き角又は回転角、及び前記試薬配置面に加わる振動を、生体活動に伴う動き情報として測定する第2測定ステップと、
前記動き情報を記録する記録ステップと、
前記傾き角または回転角が所定の範囲内にあるか否かを判定し、その判定結果に基づいて、前記第1測定ステップの測定動作及び前記記録ステップの記録動作を制御する制御ステップと、を有し、
前記制御ステップでは、前記傾き角または回転角が所定の範囲内にある場合、前記第1測定ステップの測定動作を実行させる、測定方法。 - 前記制御ステップでは、前記傾き角または回転角が所定の範囲内にある場合、前記記録ステップの記録動作を実行させる、請求項9記載の測定方法。
- 前記制御ステップでは、前記傾き角が±30°以内である場合、前記第1測定ステップの測定動作を実行させる、請求項9記載の測定方法。
- 血液中の特定の分析物の濃度を、試薬配置面を有するバイオセンサにより測定する第1測定ステップと、
重力方向に対して、不変の所定角度を有するように設定された、前記試薬配置面の基準状態からの傾き角又は回転角、及び前記試薬配置面に加わる振動を、生体活動に伴う動き情報として測定する第2測定ステップと、
前記傾き角または回転角が所定の範囲内にあるか否かを判定し、その判定結果に基づいて、前記第1測定ステップの測定動作を制御する制御ステップと、をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムであって、
前記制御ステップでは、前記傾き角または回転角が所定の範囲内にある場合、前記第1測定ステップの測定動作を実行させるプログラム。
