Description
つまり、従来のように操作ペダルの踏面が略平面あるいは若干の湾曲面に形成されていた場合と比較して、板状のペダルの端部を折り曲げることで踏面から突出する部分となる屈曲部の折曲げ形状が運転者の靴底に当接作用して滑り止めとなる一方、ペダルの端面となる屈曲部の凹凸状の端面が運転者の靴底に摩擦作用して滑り止めとなるので、十分な滑り止め効果を得ることができる。また、板状の操作ペダルにおいて、凹凸状の端面や板の屈曲はプレス加工により形成することができるので、前記屈曲部は低コストで簡単に構成することができる。

Claims (4)
- 走行車両(2)の運転部(9)とボンネット(8)内のエンジン室とを隔てる配設プレート(13)に設けられた開口により構成される案内部(13g・13g)を介して、操作ペダルのロッド部が運転部(9)に延出される走行車両のペダル構造において、前記操作ペダルを、該走行車両(2)の左ブレーキペダル(41)と右ブレーキペダル(42)とし、該左右のブレーキペダル(41・42)のロッド部(41a・42a)を、それぞれ一本の棒状体により構成し、前記開口により構成した案内部(13g)の上部に、ロッド部(41a)を挿入し、下部に、モール部材(100)を装着し、該モール部材(100)は弾性変形可能な素材で構成し、該案内部(13g)と前記ロッド部(41a)との間に形成される開口部を塞ぐと同時に弾性変形によりロッド部(41a)の移動を許容する閉塞部(101)と、該配設プレート(13)を挟持して固定する挟持部(102)とにより構成し、該ロッド部(41a)は通常位置で、案内部(13g)における上端部に位置し、下方にモール部材(100)の閉塞部(101)の上端が略当接するように配置し、該モール部材(100)が、該案内部(13g)のロッド部(41a)の下方の開口部を塞ぎ、各ブレーキペダル(41・42)が踏込み操作されると、モール部材(100)は、その閉塞部(101)が潰され、弾性変形によってロッド部(41a)の移動を許容するとともにその移動に追従し、該案内部(13g)におけるロッド部(41a)の下方の開口部を塞いだ状態を保つことを特徴とする走行車両のペダル構造。
- 請求項1記載の走行車両のペダル構造において、前記左右のブレーキペダル(41・42)を構成する棒状体のロッド部(41a・42a)を、略水平方向の左右に屈曲して棒状の踏部を構成し、該棒状の踏部の摩擦部(80)として、左右のロッド部(41a・42a)の端部に拡径部(81)を形成したことを特徴とする走行車両のペダル構造。
- 請求項1記載の走行車両のペダル構造において、前記左ブレーキペダル(41)のロッド部(41a)、及び右ブレーキペダル(42)のロッド部(42a)の略中央上方に、マスターブレーキペダル(43)を配置し、該マスターブレーキペダル(43)が踏込み操作されると、該マスターブレーキペダル(43)により各ロッド部(41a・42a)が押され、左右のブレーキペダル(41・42)が同時に操作される構成とし、該マスターブレーキペダル(43)の端部に、凹凸形状の端面(92)を有するとともに踏面側に向けて折曲げ形成される屈曲部(91)を設けたことを特徴とする走行車両のペダル構造。
- 請求項3記載の走行車両のペダル構造において、前記屈曲部(91)を形成する前記操作ペダル(43)の折曲げを多段とし、略矩形状の平面部(90)の後側から後下方に傾斜する斜面部(90a)を折曲げ形成し、該斜面部(90a)の後側から屈曲部(91)を踏面側にむけて折曲げ形成したことを特徴とする走行車両のペダル構造。
