Claims (11)
- 第1ソレノイドバルブの作動状態の切替に関連して走行クラッチへの作動油供給を制御する第1バルブと、
第2ソレノイドバルブの作動状態の切替に関連してロックアップクラッチへの作動油供給を制御する第2バルブと、
前記第1バルブおよび前記第2バルブに制御圧を供給し、前記走行クラッチおよび前記ロックアップクラッチの係合力を選択的に制御するリニアソレノイドバルブと、を備え、
前記走行クラッチの作動状態および前記ロックアップクラッチの作動状態により、各部品の故障状態を検出するものであり、
前記故障状態の検出は、ニュートラル制御の有無または作動状態およびロックアップ制御の作動状態に応じて判別方法が切り替えられることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記ニュートラル制御の実施中において、前記走行クラッチが開放不能であり、且つ、前記ロックアップクラッチのオフ状態で前記リニアソレノイドバルブの制御圧を増圧させた際に前記ロックアップクラッチが係合された場合、前記第2ソレノイドバルブがオン故障したものと判断されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記ニュートラル制御の実施中において、前記走行クラッチが開放不能であり、且つ、前記ロックアップクラッチのオフ状態で前記リニアソレノイドバルブの制御圧を増圧させた際に前記ロックアップクラッチが係合されず、しかも、前記ロックアップクラッチの差圧が開放圧となるまで前記リニアソレノイドバルブの制御圧を低下後も継続して前記第2ソレノイドバルブをオン状態で継続させた際に前記ロックアップクラッチが開放不能である場合、前記リニアソレノイドバルブがオン故障したものと判断されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記ニュートラル制御の実施中において、前記走行クラッチが開放不能であって、前記ロックアップクラッチのオフ状態で前記リニアソレノイドバルブの制御圧を増圧させた際に前記ロックアップクラッチが係合されず、且つ、前記ロックアップクラッチの差圧が開放圧となるまで前記リニアソレノイドバルブの制御圧を低下後も継続して前記第2ソレノイドバルブをオン状態で継続させた際に前記ロックアップクラッチが開放された場合、前記第1ソレノイドバルブのオフ故障またはその他の機械的な故障が生じたものと判断されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記ニュートラル制御が禁止された状態において、前記ロックアップクラッチの差圧が開放圧となるまで前記リニアソレノイドバルブの制御圧を低下後も継続して前記第2ソレノイドバルブをオン状態で継続させた際に該ロックアップクラッチが開放不能であり、且つ、ガレージ制御中に前記走行クラッチが急係合したものと判断される場合、前記リニアソレノイドバルブがオン故障したものと判断されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記ロックアップクラッチのロックアップ制御実施中に該ロックアップクラッチが係合不能であり、且つ、ガレージ制御中に前記走行クラッチが係合不能である場合、前記リニアソレノイドバルブがオフ故障したもの判断されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記ロックアップクラッチのロックアップ制御実施中に該ロックアップクラッチが係合不能であり、且つ、ガレージ制御中に前記走行クラッチが係合可能であって、しかも変速機の変速比が目標となる変速比に追従しない場合、前記第1ソレノイドバルブがオン故障したもの判断されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記ロックアップクラッチのロックアップ制御実施中に該ロックアップクラッチが係合不能であり、且つ、ガレージ制御中に前記走行クラッチが係合可能であって、しかも変速機の変速比が目標となる変速比に追従する場合、前記第2ソレノイドバルブのオフ故障またはその他の機械的な故障が生じたもの判断されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記故障状態の判別完了後に、該故障状態に応じたフェールセーフが実施されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至8のいずれか1つの車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記リニアソレノイドバルブのオン故障時は、前記ロックアップ制御の禁止またはニュートラル制御の禁止の少なくとも1つが実施されることを特徴とする請求項9の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記第1ソレノイドバルブから切替圧が出力されると、前記リニアソレノイドバルブの制御圧による前記走行クラッチの係合制御が可能となり、前記第2ソレノイドバルブから切替圧が出力されると、該リニアソレノイドバルブの制御圧による前記ロックアップクラッチの係合制御が可能となることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
