Description
以下の表1に示す共重合PET樹脂を使用し、5倍に1軸延伸したフィルムを作成した。得られたフィルムに対し、熱エアーガンを使用して加熱し、収縮率を測定した。加熱は80℃と99℃で行った。2−メチル−1,3−プロパンジオール単位を有する実施例1のフィルムは、他の共重合ジオール単位を有する比較例1〜3のフィルムと比較して、収縮率が高く、特に加熱温度が80℃においてその効果が顕著であった。
Claims (11)
- 共重合ポリエステル樹脂から成る収縮ポリマーフィルムの製造方法であって、共重合ポリエステル樹脂のジカルボン酸成分がテレフタル酸であり、ジオール成分がエチレングリコールと2−メチル−1,3−プロパンジオールから成り、ジオール成分中の2−メチル−1,3−プロパンジオール単位の構成割合が10モル%を超え35モル%以下であり、80℃の熱水浴中で10秒間処理した際の主たる収縮方向の収縮率が50〜80%であり、上記製造方法は、上記共重合ポリエステル樹脂を押出す工程、および少なくとも1方向に主たる延伸方向の延伸比が2〜10となるように延伸を行う工程から成り、上記延伸工程の後に熱処理を行わないことを特徴とする収縮ポリマーフィルムの製造方法。
- ジオール成分中の2−メチル−1,3−プロパンジオール単位の構成割合が20〜30モル%である請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- ジオール成分としてエチレングリコールと他のグリコール成分を含有する請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 収縮ポリマーフィルムがさらに他の樹脂を含有する請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 他の樹脂がPETG、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びポリスチレンの1つ以上である請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 収縮ポリマーフィルムがさらに塗布層を有する請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 塗布層が水性である請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 塗布層の形成が、ポリマーフィルム製造中にインライン法で塗布を行う工程によって行われる請求項6又は7に記載の製造方法。
- 収縮ポリマーフィルムの厚さが10〜200μmである請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 共重合ポリエステル樹脂のガラス転移温度が50〜72℃である請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 共重合ポリエステル樹脂のガラス転移温度が55〜65℃である請求項1に記載の製造方法。
