Description
Claims (14)
- 半製品を押さえる押さえ部材と該押さえ部材を開閉可能にする開閉機構を備え該開閉機構を介して前記押さえ部材を開閉操作して半製品の載置と取り出しができる治具パレットを、加工装置へ搬送して半製品に対して所定の加工を行わせる製造ラインであって、
該製造ライン沿いに前記開閉機構に係合して押さえ部材を開閉駆動する開閉駆動機構が配設され、
前記開閉駆動機構が駆動モータと、該駆動モータの揺動軸に固着され、前記押さえ部材と係合する係合部材を有する揺動板とを備えてなる、
製造ライン。 - 前記製造ラインの上流位置に治具パレットを送り出す送り出しステーションおよび該製造ラインの下流位置に治具パレットを回収する戻りステーションが設置されているとともに、前記開閉駆動機構が該送り出しステーションと戻りステーションの周辺に配設されてなる
請求項1記載の製造ライン。 - 前記送り出しステーションから前記加工装置へ治具パレットを送り出す前に半製品を治具パレットに載置する半製品セットステーションが配設されてなる
請求項2記載の製造ライン。 - 前記治具パレットが前記送り出しステーションと戻りステーションとを循環するための循環経路が設けられてなる
請求項2記載の製造ライン。 - 前記戻りステーションの上方位置に前記治具パレットから加工済半製品を取り出す取出し装置が配設されてなる
請求項2記載の製造ライン。 - 前記治具パレットが、前記押さえ部材および開閉機構を搬送する搬送台車部材ならびに該搬送台車部材に配置されて半製品を載置する半製品受け部材を備え、
前記押さえ部材は該半製品受け部材に載置される半製品の前記加工装置で加工される加工部の周辺である加工周辺部に対向して配置されるとともに、該加工周辺部を上方から押さえる押さえ手段を有し、前記開閉機構は前記搬送台車部材の一端部に設けられる
請求項1記載の製造ライン。 - 前記押さえ部材が溝付きフレームを格子状に組み付けてなるフレーム構造体である
請求項6記載の製造ライン。 - 前記押さえ手段が高さ方向および水平方向の位置を調整できる調整機構を具備する
請求項6または7記載の製造ライン。 - 前記開閉機構が開閉用ショックアブソーバを具備する
請求項6または7記載の製造ライン。 - 前記押さえ部材の開閉位置を感知する開閉検知手段が配設されてなる
請求項6または7記載の製造ライン。 - 前記搬送台車部材に、前記半製品受け部材に載置された半製品を感知する半製品検知手段が配設されてなる
請求項6または7記載の製造ライン。 - 前記搬送台車部材に、前記製造ラインにおける所定の装置の作業位置に搬送された前記治具パレットを感知するための指標としてのパレット検知部材と、該治具パレットを位置決めする位置決め部材とが配設されてなる
請求項6または7記載の製造ライン。 - 前記パレット検知部材を感知した信号により製造管理を行う製造管理システムを備える
請求項12記載の製造ライン。 - 前記半製品受け部材が脚部と受け部とを具備し、
該受け部の基材が繊維強化プラスチックの成形体であり、該繊維強化プラスチックの成形体の表層部がウレタンゴムで形成されてなる
請求項6または7記載の製造ライン。
