Abstract

 製造ライン上で共有化できるとともに、汎用性を有する治具パレットを用いて複数形状の半製品の後加工や組付け加工を能率よく行うことができる製造ラインを提供する。半製品(W)を押さえる押さえ部材(D)と該押さえ部材(D)を開閉可能にする開閉機構(G1)を備え該開閉機構(G1)を介して前記押さえ部材(D)を開閉操作して半製品(W)の載置と取り出しができる治具パレット(P)を、加工装置(M1、M2、M3)へ搬送して半製品(W)に対して所定の加工を行わせる製造ラインであって、該製造ライン沿いに前記開閉機構(G1)に係合して押さえ部材(D)を開閉駆動する開閉駆動機構(G2)が配設されている。
