Description
すなわち本本発明は、
ポリマー樹脂と、
単層カーボンナノチューブ、多層カーボンナノチューブ、気相成長炭素繊維、又はこれら充填材を1種以上含む混合物からなる導電性充填材0.25〜20重量%と、
多環式芳香族化合物を含まない点以外は同一の組成物と比較して当該ポリマー組成物の導電性を増大させるのに有効な量の多環式芳香族化合物0.0025〜1重量%と
(前記各重量%はポリマー複合材組成物の総重量を基準とする)
を含んでなるポリマー複合材組成物である。
さらに本発明は、ポリマー樹脂と、単層カーボンナノチューブ、多層カーボンナノチューブ、気相成長炭素繊維、又はこれら充填材を1種以上含む混合物からなる導電性充填材0.25〜20重量%と、多環式芳香族化合物0.0025〜1重量%と(前記各重量%はポリマー複合材組成物の総重量を基準とする)を溶融ブレンドすることを含んでなるポリマー複合材組成物の製造方法であって、ポリマー組成物の導電性が多環式芳香族化合物を含まない点以外は同一の組成物と比較して増大している、方法である。
体積抵抗率(ohm−cm)=抵抗(Ω)/12.6
表面抵抗率はKeithley8009抵抗率試験装置を備えたKeithley6517A型電位計/高抵抗計でASTM D257に従って測定した。この方法では、電圧を試験片(1/8インチ×4インチの射出成形したディスク)に印加し、(系の安定化のための)所定の遅延時間の後試料の表面抵抗率をohm/平方で記録した。印加した電圧は全ての試験で約0.1〜約1Vの範囲に維持した。抵抗率を下記表1に示す。
Claims (7)
- ポリマー樹脂と、
単層カーボンナノチューブ、多層カーボンナノチューブ、気相成長炭素繊維、又はこれら充填材を1種以上含む混合物からなる導電性充填材0.25〜20重量%と、
多環式芳香族化合物を含まない点以外は同一の組成物と比較して当該ポリマー組成物の導電性を増大させるのに有効な量の多環式芳香族化合物0.0025〜1重量%と
(前記各重量%はポリマー複合材組成物の総重量を基準とする)
を含んでなるポリマー複合材組成物。 - 前記ポリマー樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂からなる、請求項1記載のポリマー複合材組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリアセタール、ポリアクリル、スチレンアクリロニトリル、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ナイロン、ポリアミドイミド、ポリアリーレート、ポリウレタン、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー、ポリアリールスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、フッ素化エチレンプロピレン、ペルフルオロアルコキシエチレン、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリフッ化ビニル、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルケトンケトン、液晶ポリマー又はこれらの熱可塑性樹脂を1種以上含む混合物である、請求項2記載のポリマー複合材組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂がポリカーボネート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート又はこれらの樹脂を1種以上含む混合物である、請求項2記載のポリマー複合材組成物。
- 前記ポリマー樹脂が当該組成物の総重量の10〜99.5重量%をなす、請求項1記載のポリマー複合材組成物。
- 前記多環式芳香族化合物が、フタロシアニン類、ポルフィリン類、ピレン類、アントラセン類又はこれらの多環式芳香族化合物を1種以上含む混合物である、請求項1記載のポリマー複合材組成物。
- ポリマー樹脂と、単層カーボンナノチューブ、多層カーボンナノチューブ、気相成長炭素繊維、又はこれら充填材を1種以上含む混合物からなる導電性充填材0.25〜20重量%と、多環式芳香族化合物0.0025〜1重量%と(前記各重量%はポリマー複合材組成物の総重量を基準とする)を溶融ブレンドすることを含んでなるポリマー複合材組成物の製造方法であって、ポリマー組成物の導電性が多環式芳香族化合物を含まない点以外は同一の組成物と比較して増大している、方法。
